I would like to commend Chiyan Poole for her awsome customer service. I previously left my phone at a (diffrent) sprint store with no result and i left with misinformation. I would like to suggest if at all possible she is given a raise or the least some type of acknowledgement for the awesome person that she is. Kiddos to her for attentiveness and most of all resolving my issue?.
