The bagels are sooo fluffy and yummy. The coffee is also very good, not bitter at all. Even my non coffee lover friend like the coffee here! We live in North Hollywood and have made trips out just for a bagel and coffee on a few occasions! Open one in the Valley!!! lol

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have 5 stars. The food at this location is good and the customer service is great — Jimi in particular!
Prices can be a little steep and parking can be a pain.
Other than that, I think it deserves all 5 stars.

This place is terrible. The last 2 times I went there they messed up my order. They take forever too.
Forget this place. Horribly managed, slow workers, and terrible customer service. This place sucks ferreal. Avoid at all costs.

Nothing spectacular. Just any bagel with a breakfast sandwich. It is a great place for a quick pick me up, but don’t expect anything gourmet here or extravagant flavors.

My first time here and had the nova lox bagel with capers today, it was made fresh and very tasty. I will come back very soon!!!

The regular bagels are good, but no better. This place gets skimpy on the spread. The gourmet bagel is better tasting than Noah’s, but thinner. This place is a toss-​up.

Stopped by here after a run at the nearby park. Worked up an appetite and saw a few people eating outside this place. They had a great menu of lox and bagel items. Of course i went for the glazed salmon. Love my salmon! Ingredients tasted fresh and they gave me enough salmon. Some places are really stingy. Had some chips to go with it and an iced coffee. Reasonable price for a meal.

I eat the lox and cream cheese bagel every single day since I discovered how good it is here. I was hooked and now my Co workers are hooked … it’s so good it’s fresh and not to me too tasty I love it I highly recommend it if you are into that and if you are not you will be !!! Lox capers yummmm try it with the jalapeño cream cheese if not its amazing w just regular cream chesse you won’t regret it !!!

Came here for breakfast. The girl at the counter was nice. I think I accidentally cut in front of the people in line as I came in from the door from the corner. Oops! I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. It only took a couple of minutes before my bagel was ready for me to pickup at the counter.
The bagel was toasted just right and didn’t have too much cream cheese. I’m not a fan of putting a ton of cream cheese on my bagels, so I appreciated that it wasn’t oozing out with every bite. I also like the fact that the bagels are light. Not heavy that I feel like I carb loaded after I ate the entire thing.
Looking forward to coming back.

Three things about this location:
1There is limited parking on the street they will validate for underground but it is a hassle.
2. The nova lox looks nothing like the picture on the menu. If you call them out on this, the manager will get out an uncalibrated scale and say you get 2oz of lox, but who knows because the scale isn’t accurate. Either way, you expect to get what’s shown on the wall.
3. This location is filthy. There is trash on the floors, the tables need cleaning, etc. they don’t deserve the A rating.
I think the Pasadena lake street location is the best.

The service was very confusing when I asked for a bundle of bagels and muffins.
Then they just cramed everything inot little bags instead of a box.
But the bagels where fresh. the muffins where a little on the dry side.

This spot is the go to spot if u are a bagels addict
They sell the freshest bagels and spread. They have a ton of different options to choose from one of my favorite is the apple cinnamon bagel which is delicious! The bagel spread they sell is freshly made with the bagels everyday! Not to mention they also sell freshly squeezed orange juice! The staff is pretty friendly! Plenty of parking inside the structure with free validation! They sell pretty good salads too!
I belive they open at 6am which is pretty early! So if u like bagels then you should definitely visit this spot! U won’t be disappointed!

This past weekend, I spent in LA and every morning we went to this Bagel place for breakfast.
I am definitely a fan of their bagels with the shmears! The first one I tired was the Asiago Garlic Bagel with the sun-​dried tomato schmear. This one was tasty but the one I really fell in love with was the Spinach Florentine Bagel. Wow, it was sooo good and went very well with the garden veggies schmear.
The last one I tried was the Apple Cinnamon, which was also very tasty but because I took it to go, I did not toast it. I assume it would’ve been a notch better if toasted.
The service is very nice and depending on the line, you get your order quite quick. Prices are very reasonable, we paid for two people not more than 14 $ (two bagels one was also with real salmon, and two large iced coffees).
The only thing was that they had a confusion about my drink two times out of the three times we went there, this is a pity but regarding the tastiness of the food and the friendliness of the employees, I can look over this!

My husband loves this place but I tired it once and thought it was just okay.
Maybe I shouldn’t have ordered the soup but it was way too salty for me.
Then again, who orders soup at a bagel joint.
Service is great and we definitely go back from time to time for a quick morning bite~~~

I’m so happy they have come into our neighborhood. It took them a little while to work out some kinks, but overall they have great bagels. My favorite has to be the chicken, spinach and artichoke Panini! Best sandwich I’ve had in awhile.
Their staff could communicate to each other a little less and pay more attention to the customers and bussing of tables.
I like the area for the dogs.

This was my first time at this particular location and I had a great experience. I walked in to a very clean restaurant and the staff was very nice. They asked for my name once and everyone working proceeded to call me by name. This made me feel like I was getting a very personalized experience. One of the staff members whose name I didn’t get, and I apologize that I didn’t, was so kind and suggested a blackberry lemonade to compliment my brunch. Let me tell you, this is like sipping summer from a cup! And I always love when my bagel is perfectly toasted, no burnt edges here. Keep up the good work Mid-​Wilshire team! :)

I love Einstein Bagels! They have a great selection on bagel sandwiches for any time of day.
My favorite sandwich here is probably the veg out. i like to change up the bagel flavor as I’m not a huge fan of the sesame bagel. Definitely try the sun dried tomato and veggie shmears — they are my favorite!

Fast service, friendly staff. I live/​work near the area so this is my common breakfast/​meet up with friends place after my morning work-​out!
I’m writing this specifically, however to praise and thank an employee who helped us generously today! I’m so upset that I didn’t get his name, but I am hoping this letter can get to management or somehow relayed to him! He was working this morning, had glasses and was working the register. My friend and I were having issues with the parking structure and getting out with the machine not reading our card/​tickets correctly. I ran inside, and told him my issue. Instantly, without a second thought he said he’d come to the back and help my friend and I. He instantly walked to the back and followed through with a cheery demeanor and kindness! THANK YOU!
He made our Einstein Bros Bagels experience THAT much better. I hope this reaches management because this employee deserves high praise! I felt the need to write a review because I felt horrible that I didn’t get his name and he was so quick to help my friend and I this morning!

I went at 7:30am on Saturday morning to pick up bagels. There was a line but it moved fairly quickly. I placed the order (4 gourmet bagels to go) and they came out in less than a minute. The 2 spinach & cheese and 2 blueberry streusel were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside — just the way I like it! I honestly don’t know why the reviews are so low regarding their service and quality of food. Perhaps it’s all the sanwhiches and drinks? Or they read Unilocal reviews and improved their service&quality???
I frequent various bagel shops (bagel brokers, brooklyn bagel bagel facroty) and I always stick to bagels. No bagel sandwich, smoothies, cookies or coffee for me at a bagel joint!

If you like cream cheese with your bagels, don’t come here. Today was the third time in a few weeks that I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and the cream cheese was so scant it was like a butter-​thin layer… but only in the center, the rest was dry. On a previous visit, it literally looked like they just wiped the spare cream cheese off a knife onto my bagel and called it a day. It was so dry, I could barely choke it down.
The first time I went there after it opened it was great. And like some of the other people here, I keep trying to give them a chance because I live locally and have been dying for a bagel shop… but I’m not sure I can keep trying. As another Unilocaler recommended, if you’re going to go here, definitely buy the bagels and shmear and assemble at home.
