Fallen set for a fast chew. Outstanding burger with refreshing buns, and crispy delicious trimmings. Cheeses fries tasted excellent but don’t anticipate these to be slathered with cheeses. Services was quick and pleasant. As the decoration isn’t anything at all unique it fit’s for any hamburger location plus it was definitely way over the Los angeles degree of neat and clean. I am going to easily be back again for additional 5 Men Hamburgers and Fries the next time I am just within the Town.

As a burger chain restaurant, Five Guys is crazy good. The unique«homemade» style brings back memories of family BBQs, with the cheese smothered everywhere and handpicked toppings. I found this particular Five Guys close to my friend’s apartment and it’s become one of our go-to late night dinner places, but mostly out of convenience and lack of competition. The service at this location is good and the food comes out very efficiently and quickly. It’s incredibly hard to eat healthy when it’s just around the corner. I can’t say that Five Guys is my favorite burger place, but it definitely does the trick after a nostalgic long day. The only complaint I have is how clean the tables and chairs are… very minor but it’s a nice touch when the places to eat are already clean and ready to go. Keep it up!

I have to say they make a good burger. It’s cool that all of the toppings are free. The french fries were nice and crispy. The restaurant is clean. And the service, it was really pleasant. I look forward to coming back here again.

Amazing place! I accidently ordered a burger with just mushrooms and onions(it was my first time here so I didn’t know I how to order) I took my plain burger so they can add lettuce and they said it was fine they would give me a whole new burger with everything I wanted on it; they didn’t even ask for my burger they said I could keep it. THAT is good customer service; they rather have wasted their $ on making another burger and keeping the customer happy than to see a customer unhappy with his burger. This place is amazing and I would with no doubt go again. Whoever runs this place is doing a good job; not to mention the food is AMAZING.

I’m a huge fan of Five Guys, but not the one on Wilshire Blvd. My order always takes forever, is wrong/missing something, and they are super stingy on the Cajun seasoning for the Cajun fries. My go to Five Guys is the store on Santa Monica Blvd in WeHo, buuuuuuut I will go to this one on Wilshire when I also want a Milkshake! Now those bad boys are Amazing!

This is my new go to place for hamburgers. I know everyone likes In n Out, but getting to one and then finding parking is just a pain in the ass in the city unless you want to drive out to the middle of nowhere. Five guys has the best burgers and you actually have some options such as bacon, and grilled mushrooms. Their cajun style fries is also very tasty. Compared to the chains, In n Out, Fat Burger, and Tommy’s, Five Guys is hands down the best for me. I do have one gripe in how they handle online orders. You are suppose to walk up to the second register to let them know you are here, but if there is a giant line of people there, it looks like you are cutting in line. Instead, they should just let you walk up to the pickup area and let someone know you are there so people in line don’t get mad at you. Either way, i like this place and drop in at least once a week.

I have fond memories of Five Guys from my midwest days, but this place doesn’t come close. As a chain restaurant, you have to meet certain criteria to create a consistent experience. Womp womp womp. Waiting to order when there is no line. This is a major pet peeve of mine, especially in a «fast food» environment. Then comes the price. This place adds up really quick, free toppings regardless. The three of us placed our orders and went to customize our sodas(+1 star for that convenience and coolness). Tables have a weird layout and aren’t well-maintained, but that’s okay. The place was mostly empty. Took 15 minutes to get our order, despite the emptiness of the restaurant. That’s not fast. I get you’re making it fresh, but ehhhh. Don’t call yourselves«fast food,» then. My bacon was overcooked, I had none of the cheese I requested. I got over it, but still. The fries were just okay. We split a large order amongst three people and still had enough fries leftover for two more people to jump in and have a good amount each. Portions are interesting. Everyone ate their food, but nobody seemed to have much good to say about it. +1 for service because we had staff circling around our table and asking how things were several times. I would tone it down in the future, though. When your place is lacking customers and you keep asking those who are trying to eat your monster portion of potatoes how they are doing, it can come across as a «hurry the fuck up and leave» kind of commentary. Probably won’t be coming back because the food quality to price ratio did not make the cut. Oh well.

The fries at Five Guys are off the charts and there burgers are pretty awesome as far as fast food variety styled burgers go. The burgers are very customizable with a bunch of different fun options you can throw on them. Speaking of fun options, there soda machines have just about every flavor under the sun. If I have a problem with this place its the bag of grease you are given which is a reminder of just how unhealthy this food actually is. I don’t suspect many come here for a healthy gettaway and this serves as more of a cheat meal. So cheat away… if you’re not cheating, you’re not trying right? ;)

So I came in during lunch rush and ordered a triple burger with fries — when I got it home it looked as though someone else picked up my order and I got theirs — a single child’s burger. Ron, the manager set things right and had my order remade. The manager went OUTOFHISWAY to make sure my order was done right. But this is the type of excellent customer service you see whenever you come into this store. The team is always fast, friendly and on the ball. I have NEVER seen the team here unhappy– seriously these guys always seem to be really happy to help.

Great location on Wilshire. Sunday is free street parking. The A/C is always nice and cold. The workers here are friendly. You will probably spend about $ 25 on average for two people. They have two soda machines with lots to choose from. Great tasting tasting burgers. The fries are what kills it. Nasty burned taters.

Food was good, though a bit too much. Ordered a regular cheeseburger and regular fries with drink and didn’t expect a $ 14 bill. Burger came with two parties. I guess that’s normal? A bit too much for me. Also didn’t realize the fries were so big for a regular size. You might want to go with a small. Also I wish they’d get some gluten free buns for those that have celiac rather than bunless.

Five Guys Burgers would get a 4 star rating for me if it weren’t for the music. They play loud, REALLYLOUD, rock music, both classic and newer. I like Billy Idol, but I don’t want to dine to him rebel yelling full bore in my ear. As a take-away burger joint, however, this is a pretty good place to go. The burgers are good in a Fat Burger kind of way. Note that their«regular» size is huge, and the«little» size would be called regular anywhere else. The fries are pretty good. The include skin, which I like. The Cajun fries, however, taste a lot like stale paprika. As with the burgers the regular size feeds two easily. The little size is like a large at McDonalds. I tend to go here because it’s conveniently located and the burgers are good. I keep forgetting about the music, and it’s only when I go in that I remember, which is why I’ve been her three times and still give the place a two star rating.

«Fast food, oui, mais c’est le préféré d’Obama !». Voilà ce que mes amis me répétaient alors que je me montrais hésitant après avoir vu les autres avis Unilocal… J’avais tort !

So I’m not fast food guy but late flight back into town means sometimes you make consessions. This was my second visit ever at a 5 guys. Ordered online for pickup– the site warns that there will be a wait of a couple minutes for fries(freshness!) To skip the line and go straight to pick up just order online and all is well… In reality, I waited in line as there’s one person at the register. While waiting for purchased food… I notice that the table I’m sitting at along with several others are filthy. Like covered with food scraps, turned over cups, wrappers, etc. Gross. Then I notice one of the staff yelling at another staff member. In his face screaming. Swearing. Crazy. So while I’m waiting at my gross table, listening to what looks to be brewing into an actual physical fight I can’t help but notice, no food is cooking. Nothing is happening because staff is watching. Finally I get up ask for the manager(he’s the one at the register) and ask for my money back. Asks what’s wrong. I point at the guy picking a fight and tell him I’m not spending money here and I don’t want the food. Cash in hand I walk out and call corporate. There are times when you have to draw a line in the sand. Don’t pay for bad. Bad anything. Won’t be back. Not to any of them. The cereal I had for dinner was better.

This is a review for their online ordering/pick-up process. At the office where I volunteer, we placed an order online which was pretty self-explanatory. I liked that you can choose options on how much of a certain item you wanted. For example if you wanted grilled onions, you can choose«light, regular, or extra» which is great. We went to pick it up and the order was ready for us. Found street parking and paid a quarter at the meter for 15mins since it should be a quick pick up. They also have complimentary peanuts for you to eat there or take home which was pretty cool. I haven’t seen any other place offer peanuts before. Staff was extremely nice and let us know that our orders were ready. For all these reasons, they get 3 stars. For the price, I was a bit disappointed in how their burgers tasted and looked. My bun was squished and the bun was falling apart so everything in my burger started to spill and became messy to eat. I got a mini hamburger with grilled onions, grilled green peppers, ketchup, tomatoes and lettuce. I heard a lot of great things about Five Guys Burgers and expected a little more quality in their burgers. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? hm. Their cajun fries were pretty good, though. I got the large for $ 5 and it comes in a convenient cup instead of a tray so you can drive and eat for people on the go. I think I’ll stick to In-N-Out from now on…

Really good burgers. Very tasty. A bit pricey at $ 27 for two burgers but worth every cent. I must say, order single fries because two is just two much for two people. Man they’re big. Couldn’t finish the burger or the fries. 24 hours later… Food poisoning. My wife and I got sick. Even our dog who had a small piece of my burger is now sick. Upset stomachs and nausea. Great tasting burgers and fries but no thank you!
