Alys Grace

This place has such cute clothes! All the sales people inside are helpful but they do not follow you around (they give you space to browse). I was looking for a sweater, but they didn’t have my size. The saleslady offered to order it for me, but saw that they didn’t have it online anymore. She then directed me to the lines websites so I could buy something similar if I wanted. Very helpful, not pushy at all. I will be coming back.

I had a credit to use. Will never go in again:
Sales clerk was so unfriendly and coarse.
Was put out with other clerk for taking over the computer. Embarrassing.
I tried to stay with other sales clerk, who was so nice, but the other kept intervening, snapping her gum.
Asked me to stop looking thru the merchandise as it’s too hard to re fold for her.
Tried to ask other clerk price of bracelet I liked– she barked the price.
I had to wait for the computer to reboot– not a problem– she was doing my transaction; never said sorry or thank you.
Have store credit I will never use. we

Went to Menlo Park store. Linda and the other young lady were fabulous.
Not only used my credit, but spent at least double the original garment.
So glad I went.). 5

awesome new addition to downtown los altos. alys grace occupies the space next door to satura cakes, and currently boasts big red balloons to signify her grand opening status.
inside, you will find beautifully designed women’s fashions, everything from dresses to tops to shoes. i love that they have a wide assortment of flat heeled shoes, keeping women’s comfort in mind. they also have a lovely set of bath and body care in scintillating flavours such as grapefruit, orange blossom, and jasmine.
i could shop all day in this store just for the scents alone!
