I have known Fran Vella now for over 5 years and she is a joy to work with and very professional. What I know for sure is whenever she has helped me redue my resume it always gets my phone to ring from perspective employers. It really does matter that you have a great resume because it speaks volumes about yourself and your capabilities when you land that interview. Fran keeps up to date with the verbage for all types of resumes. She is prompt and very efficient. I have and will continue to recommend her services to any of my colleagues.

I have been a client of Fran’s since 2011 when she first worked on my resume. In fact, she helped me secure a position! Fran is very good at what she does; her experience was so helpful to me when I started a job search after working practically all my life! She was able to summarize my skills and experience for my resume which provided me with a polished presentation for potential employers. She did such a great job; I went back to her in 2013 so she could update my current resume. I would recommend Fran to everyone. She is pleasant to work with and very thorough.

I have been a client of Fran Vella for over 3 years and all that time I have found her to be extremely competent and very cordial. She is always available at a moment’s notice. She is very thorough and reviews her work twice, once on the computer and once after the printout. (I always tell her that she is the fastest typist I have ever seen). It is a real pleasure working with Fran.

I showed up on time for my appointment and spent the first 20 minutes of it waiting for Fran to get off the phone. She was busy insisting that her doctor be Caucasian to whoever it was she was speaking with. No apologies when she got off the phone for keeping me waiting. Our meeting was peppered with belittling comments and sarcasm aimed at me for not having any expertise in making a resume. She also had a laugh at my expense at the job I was applying for. In the end she tried to charge me for the time I spent waiting for her to finish her personal phone call. An utterly loathsome personality. Stay far away from this one.
