Food is ok. Not too impressive. Service could be faster. The place is nice so it’s ideal for a ladies brunch but that’s pretty much it. This place wouldn’t be my first choice if I was looking for good food. It’s more of a fun place to take someone for a Sunday brunch who likes being surrounded by plants and flowers because of the atmosphere. Not much space for parking either.

Came here for the first time over the weekend. If possible, make a reservation! I would have given this place 5 stars, but we literally waited over an hour and a half for a table. And the thing is… the hostess kept taking people who «made a reservation» regardless of what time their reservation was for. We put our name down at 11:45am and she kept taking people who had 1:30 reservations until I went up to the podium to say something. Other than that the place is quite cute. The food is delicious.

I had a beef sandwich and potato salad. The salad was served in a bowl with water (I hope) in the bottom of the bowl and tasted worse than a scoop of one week old ready made salad. The beef was extremely dry on a pedestrian white bread roll. I vomited the whole thing up 6 hours later so I won’t be going back. The trip to Loomis was a failed attempt to find a nursery with good prices. They have a good selection but it’s not cheap.

Stopped in for a late lunch, ordered the chips and artichoke dip as we heard they were great, the serving was huge and would easily serve 5 – 6 and they were great! Albacore tuna melt was good as was the barbecue sandwich my husband ordered. Glad we finally stopped in and tried their food it was very good and we will go back and try the tri-​tip sandwich which the server recommended and said was their best sandwich. The pizza looked good!

They will not take groups of 8−10+ past 10am on weekends. No birthday group lunches or celebrations allowed. Folks coming from out of town. Boo hiss!

We didn’t have a reservation, but were lucky enough to be seated almost immediatly. It’s not the most child friendly venue, however. Our waitress was nice about it, but I got several dirty looks from older women in fancy hats. Did I miss the silly hat day memo? The salads are superb! A bit pricey, but make for a nice occasional treat. I got the melon salad, it was one of the best salads I’ve had in my life.

Love the atmosphere ~ dinning in the BIG greenhouse or outside; both are beautiful settings.
Food is great (over priced).
Make reservations, especially on the weekends are holidays.

PMy wife had been there before. She suggested we stop for lunch. My pork sandwich and her chicken sandwich were terrific. We rarely eat desserts. Today we did. I had the brownie, my wife had the key lime pie. Both were excellent. The brownie fresh and rich with chocolate. The pie with the lime flavor and correct balance between tart and sweet was perfect. The price points were reasonable. The presentation good and service excellent. After lunch we wandered the nursery and shops. We will go back and encourage friends. Even if you go just for the ambience, you will go back for the food. Next time the wood fired pizza will be my pleasure to enjoy.

When you talk about the perfect brunch location, this is it. You have brunch in a greenhouse surrounded by greenery and plants. It’s gorgeous and def one of my favorite places to be– scenery wise.
But the service is awful. Their always extremely slow and non-​attentive to their guests. It takes forever to even be acknowledged by your waiter. The prices are cheap either considering the service…

In addition to this place located at a beautiful nursery, their food is really good. I had the tri-​tip sandwich with avocado and I ate every morsel. It did take a little while for my food to come but it’s okay. It was worth the wait. My friend had the bacon and pear pizza. It was also really good. What I really like about this place is the ambiance. Even though this place attracts an older crowd, I still had a great time. I would love to try out their brunch menu.

Beautiful restaurant. The food was lovely. We all enjoyed our selections. I tried the bacon and pear pizza, my friend had the apple cider marinated chicken sandwich with the house potato salad and hubby had the huevos ranchero. For dessert we had the chocolate carrot cake (it was good, not great) and the apple pie, which was amazing, probably top ten in my life. We will definitely go back.

Been here a few times and have had mixed experiences. The ambience is great and very unique — there’s seating inside in a room with very high ceilings or outside on the patio. They have only limited options that they can make to order without onions and garlic, but limited is better than none. The service is friendly but definitely on the slow side. The food has been hit or miss. On occasion it has been brilliant, but sometimes the very same dish will be mediocre. And since it’s quite pricey, I have to ding them hard for that inconsistency.
I don’t mind going there, but I don’t crave it either. Still, it’s great to have an option like this in this area.

I’m currently sitting at the café waiting to be seated. The time is 1:30. I arrived with my partner and requested a table at 12:00 and was told it would be a half hour wait.
It has been triple that…
I have watched more then five other groups be seated that checked in after me, also without reservations. I confirmed this on the hostesses check in sheet. With my name being in crossed off despite five other names after it being crossed off and seated.
I asked when I would be seated 45 minutes ago and was told within 5 minutes as they were clearing the table. That was unnecessary as I still haven’t been seated, and I have observed tables that have remained empty the entire time I have been here.
Jan the hostess just came up to me (1:36)as I was writing this and told me it would be another 10 minutes.
I have never had any place make me wait this long and I will never be coming back based entirely upon the service I was given today.

Delicious!!! Incredible service, tasty food & beautiful scenery. First time here, and definitely not the last!

The ambiance of the café and nursery is fabulous! I assumed the food would be the same, considering it’s ALWAYS packed. Not so much. :(Five of us waited almost an hour and a half to celebrate my mother’s birthday. And yes, I attempted to make reservations several days in advance, no luck. Our server was nice, but very slow and lacked menu knowledge. As for the food, it was mediocre and overpriced. Everything was just «OK». I definitely won’t return for the food. Liquid brunch, anyone?!

Here for lunch with a charter. I must say I’m very impressed will add to a suggested lunch stop with clients

Great service, we were seated about 20 min after we arrived since we didn’t have a reservation but the wait was worth it. We were able to spend the time walking through the nursery and picked out a grape vine to take home. Once seated we ordered a mimosa and Bloody Mary, they were both perfectly made. Spicy Bloody Mary and the mimosa didn’t have any pulp which is what I look for.
I had the tri-​tip sandwich, it was fantastic!

What a beautiful place to have lunch! As you walk in from the parking lot… there is a counter and a huge sign above with their menu. I was told that was the same menu if you’d like to go on in and have a sit down meal. So basically you can walk in and order food to go when pressed for time.
We chose to sit down and have a nice meal! Lol. All the trees/​plants still had the holiday décor and lights. Beautiful! (They were taking it down, soon!)
I ordered the tri tip sandwich. Wowza! It was DELISH! Tender sliced meat with burst of flavors! Oooooh… how that sandwich disappeared wayyyyy too quickly! Lol. They had this avocado and light blue cheese creamy sauce on it. Oooooh my goodness… HEAVEN! My friend had the sandwich and soup. I got to have a couple of bites of the soup. Butternut soup… creamy and tasty!
We also had this pumpkin chai hot tea. It was verrrry creamy. We drank it down like a glass of water. Lol. (We normally sip and chat)
Their bathroom was very clean. The whole area was beautiful. Plants everywhere.
After our lunch… we walked around the nursery. They sell everything from plants to trees. Yard art and décor… cool pots, too.
The people who were working in the area were very nice, too. They even have vintage tractors and old trucks with plants on it as décor. Very nicely done…
Oooooh! They also sell homemade jam there. So after you’re done you could stop for cookies to go, too. Everything was freshly made! :-)
Oooooh…yeah! Worth the drive! We will be back…

Stopped by to buy pie and they are all booked up until Christmas. We could not buy one. We were kind of sad

We came here for a birthday brunch and were not disappointed. We were a party of 8 so I called for reservations ahead of time. I would highly recommend reservation for larger parties. The menu has about 10 different items for breakfast as well as wood fired pizzas and other items. I was so enchanted with my choices that I did not even get to the whole menu.
Everyone in our party happened to get a different item and they all looked really good. I had the quiche of the day that came with a green salad. The omelet looks huge and the mushroom benedict was a big hit with the birthday boy. Can’t wait to come here again to try something else.
