There are plenty of choices here in the area. I was booked by work at this hotel. It’s not the worst but it’s definitely not the best hotel I have stayed at. Here is the breakdown:
The Good:
Rooms are big
The hallways are quiet
Very nice breakfast buffet
In room fridge with complementary water
The Bad:
The rooms are beat up
Plumbing problems
Ceiling in my room is peeling and falling off in little chunks
The Ugly:
Room service never picked up used towels, never restocked shampoo or cleaned the bathroom
The shower has mold in it

This is possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We checked in about 8:30. I wouldn’t say the receptionist was rude but close. The room is the problem. The pillows are little half pillows, not even real. 2 of them together don’t make a pillow and there are only 4 of them. Then we get to the sheet; every time you move the fitted sheet pops off the mattress. I hope there is a way to upload photos becayse i took pictures of the mold farm growing in the shower. We were exhausted so stayed the night but I can’t get out of here fast enough.

My family and I have stayed at this property «BY» (before Unilocal). Nice clean property. Here is the problem I had and had to check out in 30 minutes of arrival. I teach on line college courses. I have to have a hard wired connection to broadcast video and voice. It worked for a minute in the first room, did everything to get it back, but no luck. I called the desk and got another room. It did not work. Nice room, hot tub, but only WiFi, and it worked. Had to leave. Picked the hotel based on hard wire availability but it did not work.

The rooms were really nice and everything worked (TV, A/​C, showers and toilet). I was really impressed with the breakfast as they had a little bit of everything. Nothing was fancy, but all the basics were there. I liked how each morning had different hot items. The gym and pool/​hot tub area was also very clean and was not busy the times I visited. The only weird complaint I had was the showers, which creaked like old floorboards for some reason. My co-​workers showers did as well and you can hear your surrounding neighbor’s creaky shower tubs through the wall when trying to sleep.

I stay exclusively at Hampton Inns and this was the nicest one I’ve ever stayed in. Very nice!
