Its Wendy’s will never be 5 star but solid on the 3. went there tonight after the Drive thru guy at Burger Kings drive thru suggested that we goes some where else. Great well trained drive thru service. Oh and the pretzel burger was good.

Why cant they get it right? I asked for a double stack with NO CHEESE. Guess how it came. This was after the drive up person confirmed it was no cheese AND said no cheese when she repeated back the order.

The service here is the WORST. We each ordered a sandwich and fries, which we really didn’t expect to be such a challenge for them. While we were waiting, the person at the counter took several more orders and THEN started our fries. Meanwhile he set the tray with the rest of our food on the counter and left it there, with people standing over it, while he took more orders. Finally he gave us the tray and said he would bring our fries out to us. By the time that happened, we were finished with our sandwiches.
Later I filed an online complaint about the experience. No one ever responded. So now that I know how important customer service ISN’T to them, they will never have to wait on me again.
Poor Dave Thomas. He must be spinning in his grave.

Witnessed a BAD health code violation while in Drive-​through. A worker dropped an ice scoop on the floor [quite loudly], picked it up, and PUT IT BACK… Let that sink in.
When brought up with the girl handing me food, she turned to call her manager over in Spanish… I know what ‘puta’ means, and it should never be said in customer service about a customer. Especially when they are right there, and can HEAR you.
Never eating here again. I DID contact corporate, and got the usual «we’ll do something/we’re doing something about it», but no specifics. I don’t recommend going here.

I know it’s fast food. But it’s below my expectation. I mean the Burger.

Honestly, the most well run fast food drive thru I’ve ever been to in the country. Every time I went there, it was crowded, but the line moved superfast. By the time you get to the window, the food is either ready or ready within 15 seconds. And it’s always piping hot. Kudos to the owner and/​or management for running a truly «fast» restaurant.
