I love the food here, I’ve been several times, but there’s a specific cashier I just worked with that made me change my mind. Extremely unhelpful, rude, and unpleasant. I may not come back, despite how good the food is.

Dirty sticky floors, bad grilled cheese with tomato (the tomato was not fresh and bread was limp), underdone hamburger (ordered well done but came with red center). That doesn’t make a very good first impression.

This place has a bunch of clowns «working» here who don’t know what they are doing. We had a group order for which we placed online AND called and they still messed it up. After an hour of waiting we arrived and they had our order wrong still. We finally got everything back to our coworkers (about 10 workers total) and they had sandwiches messed up, missing soups, etc… all of which we were charged for. The food wasn’t good, cold and no discounts were given. This place will not last run this way especially with subpar food.

I came here with friends and we all each ordered a burger and fries. The food was fine at first, albeit the poppyseed bun was a little funky. Towards the end of our meal/​after we all started to feel really sick to our stomachs and nauseous. Wouldn’t recommend unless you like food poisoning.

What nice folks! Have had lunch a couple of times and enjoyed the BBQ Bacon Burger and the BBQ Bacon Chicken sandwich. The sweet potato fries were good as well. Easy to pul up to and park for a quick lunch. Just got one of their «Melt» cards and ordered on line for another quick lunch for the three of us. Worked well.

Great flavor, good food. Too pricey for the amount you get. My brother was still hungry after finishing his meal and most of my fries. We could go to a sit down restaurant and fill him up for the same price.

$ 11 snack. The burgers are really mini burgers. Barely larger than a slider. For a basic burger with fries and a drink it’s $ 10.77. Other than the burger being tiny it was medium rare. Bloody burger. Bloody bun. Certainly not my preference but maybe some will enjoy it. For a drink I was handed a flimsy plastic cup (think red Solo cup, but clear). It isnt strong enough to press against the ice dispenser without crushing and they have no name brand sodas at all. Just natural «cane cola, root beer, lemon-​lime, and water». Thats it. Overall I was disappointed and left without even being full for $ 11. Won’t be going back.

The Italian job is good. Tomato soup hot and tasty but I didn’t notice any basil. Mac daddy just ok. Probably wouldn’t order that again. Fries are good. Kids enjoyed the cheeseburgers. Snicker doodle and vanilla been shakes were good but nothing special. Overall, we thought it a bit overpriced. However, if you use the rewards program you get 10th melt free. We will go back and try different things next time.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! Service was awful, grilled cheese cold, limp & tough (it sat there while they finished our chicken sandwich), and the chicken sandwich was «meh» — pretty marginal. We HATED this place! Add to all of it the cost: $ 20+ for one basic grilled cheese sandwich, a chicken sandwich, fries and one soda — spend your hard-​earned money elsewhere. They’re going for the «all natural» concept which does cost more — but your food needs to be decent. The person taking our order had no idea what he was doing (couldn’t find the keys on the cash register, kept stopping and looking around, wandered off in the middle of taking our order to do something — no idea what — and the line was LONG.) We are NEVER going back.

Mac & cheese was average nothing special. Messed up 2⁄6 peoples orders who were in my group. Sweet potato fries were super skinny, no potato to them. Doubt we’ll be going back.

Really enjoy coming here love the concept. I can go meatless and not even think about it! Nice people great food haven’t tried the dessert so I can’t comment about those and I have only had grill cheese one of there soups and two different kinds of fries. I will have to go back to try somethings different next time. Downsize it’s pricey

the food was a new experience, however 38 dollars for three grilled cheese sandwiches with fries and knock off soda is ridiculous. wont be getting ripped off at this place again .You can get more for your money at good fellas or even right next door at bad daddys.

Not great at all. Had the BBQ bacon burger because it’s what the girl suggested at the counter. Extremely disappointing. Tasteless and pretty expensive. I honestly can’t see this place staying in business with much better options in the area. Bummer.

This place won’t last in Longmont… or at least it shouldn’t. WAY over priced for the size and food options.
I had the BBQ burger — the Bacon was like «chewy» and seemed old. The burger wasn’t hot, just barely lukewarm.
I’m not a fan of «shoestring» type fries, so didn’t really like them although I know many do like that.
I hated the soda. The «cola» wasn’t cola tasting, it taste like Dr Pepper which I don’t like.
But biggest issue… almost $ 13 for lunch burger, fries and soda; that’s ridiculous. Five Guys, I’ll be back!!! Bad Daddy, I’ll give you a shot when you open, this place isn’t worth my time.

I ordered the cheddar burger and added bacon. Burger was over cooked (asked for medium well and received well done). You couldn’t really taste the melt sauce until the end when all the ingredients was forced to the last couple of bites. Naked fries were pedestrian with seasoning that didn’t wow me. I may try the BBQ bacon burger next time. Just opened up so I’m unsure if my food was a reflection of the new staff but I’m not impressed

The food was really good. The staff very friendly and helpful! The only reason for a 4 star rating is because it was so cold in there that our food was cold before we were half finished and we were freezing. Most everyone there wore their winter coats while eating.
