Noodles & Company

First timer since I’m from out of town. Ordered the Pad Thai… flavorless and disgusting. I think it could be better but it was so incredibly bland it was just nasty. My daughter had buttered noodles and you really can’t mess that up. Could use more cheese on it. I found it pricey for what you get. Don’t think it’s somewhere I would go back to again.

I generally love this company, but this one is very slow. I did an online order, because I was running late, and I’m pretty sure that they didn’t even start until I got there to make it. I was then late for the rest of my day. Very frustrating.

I love this place! I always get the pesto cavatappi. Also you should sign up for your birthday and you get a free noodles bowl on your birthday.

Fabulous Pesto Pasta & Tomato Bisque Soup! The pasta is not over-​cooked and has a rich flavor. The soup is hearty with a nice balance of flavors.
The bottled lemonade is much better than the Minute Maid brand on draft. It does not have a chemical taste like Minute Maid does.
The gal at the register was sweet as pie.

Didn’t intend to grab «lunch» food at 1030 in the morning but glad I did (⁴⁄₁). The cashier was super friendly and sweet and I was very happy with my rice noodle with pesto!

My family and I just had a tasting with Sandy the manager yesterday. My business card was the random draw from their jar and we were treated to a two hour amazing food fest. Sandy used the menu and spiced it up with off the menu additions to show us what we could do when ordering there. We already love their food but had no idea that they could custom make so much amazing food. Bottom line is, if you see an ingredient on the menu that you think might be good added to another dish, go for it. They are happy to accommodate you. The Mac and Cheese with Pork was incredible. The pulled pork sandwich with BBQ sauce was incredible and you won’t find it on the menu but all the ingredients are. Good wild, you won’t be disappointed. Sandy was an amazing host. By all means get your business card in the bowl on the counter for the treat you won’t soon forget.

Noodles is a great company. I have been a dedicated customer for years.
Employees are pleasant, food is hot, fresh, quick and cheap… and when they make a mistake, there is no blaming, no hostility, no questions asked besides: «Would you like us to remake it?»

They forgot to give me a flat bread once and gave me coupon for a free meal while offering so many apologies and smiles… It’s ok Noodle man I wasn’t going to beat you for forgetting the bread ;)
I ordered a dish without mushrooms and they put mushrooms, not only did they fix it promptly, the cashier gave me a giant rice krispie treat!!! whooohoooo!
I showed up once 5 minutes before closing and saw they were cleaning up inside so I started walking back to the car; the manager inside runs to the doors and tells me no problems at all, come inside and eat!!!
I once ordered only to have my card decline at checking out… the guy gave me the foods anyway which I was (is)(am) eternally grateful for…

I was very excited when Noodles opened this new location in north Longmont! There is another location in town but you have to drive all the way to the south side of town to get there and while the traffic is not too bad in Longmont the Main Street is so freaking long it seems like you are using all of your lunch hour to go there and back. Noodles is categorized as Thai on many of it’s Unilocal entries but they serve American pasta dishes, sandwiches and salads as well.
This Noodles location I enjoy as much as any of their other locations. This one seems a bit smaller and is just as popular as it’s sister locations. I suggest getting the Bangkok Noodles, the mac and cheese and the Snickerdoodle cookies! Yum!
