This Taco Bell sucks. The drive thru line is ridiculously long for no reason. We were the only ones in line. The worker was rude as hell. On top of everything they had no f**n ice. I know it’s just fast food but c’mon now. They need to get their sh*t together. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

I love Taco Bell but some of the laziest people work here. Every time, my order is wrong. Idk if they’re too lazy to look at what they’re making or to plug it in to the register. Today was I exception. I repeated my order twice, but somehow, I still got tomatoes on my gordita. Dint even bother. If you’re craving, go to Long Beach and Willow. At least they know what they’re doing there.

Worst Taco Bell branch. Even worse when Claudia is the cashier. She would let you wait for a long time and have you repeat your order over and over again and wouldn’t even confirmed the order so I have to tell her again that the order at the monitor is not the same with what I said. Other staff are nice and courteous so I guess somebody needs to be retrain for basic customer service handling. Foods are ok tho just the staff attitude is my biggest concerned.

I came to Taco Bell and saw the PS4 giveaway promotion. If you buy certain items, you are supposed to receive a code, which you enter by text. I entered my code, and it didn’t work. I called the store directly, and they said all the codes should work. They asked me to return to the store and they’d give me another code. After some debate, I finally convinced them to give me another code over the phone. This code also didn’t work — not only that, it only had ten digits, while the code on the box had eleven digits. Are the Taco Bell employees entering all the codes for themselves? Or is the contest itself a complete sham? Are there any real people winning a PS4? I called the customer service line and spoke to Damien. He got my email address and said he would send me a code immediately. That was Saturday afternoon. It’s now Monday morning; I still haven’t received anything. All I want is a fair, legitimate chance to enter a code for the PS4 contest. Apparently that’s not going to happen. What a scam.

Went there last night to grab a couple of cheese roll ups and a bean and cheese burrito, and man was this the longest wait time ever I was literally in my car for 15 minutes just sitting there in the drive thru. I will not be coming here again I’d rather drive down to the one in long beach Blvd its worth the drive!

Used the drive-thru for coffee and a crunchwrap. Let’s just say the ice Coffee was ok. The wrap was not bad either. Went with the country wrap which had egg, sausage, hashbrown and gravy. Good idea but so much sauces it overwhelms the wrap. Service was ok.

So horrible that I just backed back out from the drive thru! I pulled up to the intercom, sat for about a full minute, after saying a few hellos I finally got a response, which was another barely heard hello! Not welcome to Taco Bell or anything of that sort. I came to Taco Bell that morning for their breakfast but when I looked that the menu they had about four items total which I know they had much more. When I asked if they had breakfast combos she just responded no. I worked in fast food before and this was so unprofessional!

I have been here many times, but only to the drive thru… never to the walk up window. Well, I was on my motorcycle, so stopping and walking up is much easier… never had any issues with orders or food quality here… Same as any other Taco Bell joint… So, what makes this location so «special» that I decided to check in and wright a review for? Well, as a fan of nostalgia, this is the OLDEST operating Taco Bell. It is the second location ever opened, and has been in operation since 1967(I believe). I should have taken a picture of the sign posted by the walk up window. It has been renovated and has a very modern feel to it. Personally, I would prefer it have the retro 60’s look to it… bur whatever… it’s still kinda cool…

This Taco Bell is one of the worst customer service out of any restaurant of any class I have every visited… They not only denied my request, but their attitude is very condescending. Everyone from their manager to their poorly trained service workers is in no position to serve their customers so poorly. My story: First of all, if I have the money and I am willing to pay for something, any customer caring organization will find a way to ‘make it happen’… I am the market. I am important… I call the shots… That is just how business is. I provide the best customer service possible to all my customers and find ways to fulfill almost all their requests. I deserve the same treatment, especially from a well established organization like Taco Bell… They have the money for the BEST training possible. Since they failed in this area, and they are so confident in their Corporate Commercials and their Legal Power, they forgot the little but most important element to their business, a customer like me… I was thirsty. I work two jobs and my day job is very physical. I invited my two co-workers to a «Fruitista» for each and every one of us… Now everyone knows that I eat big, and drink big. A «Large or Medium» cup is not enough for me… Instead of ordering two cups, I asked Taco Bell Service to «Supersize» the drink and I would pay the difference. With an attitude and a straight face, they shook their heads saying«No, we only have large»… That is no way to respond to someone who is WILLING to pay! I am not a PAWN and I have two incomes… In one of my jobs I work for a very reputable Internet company and I treat my customers with more than respect, I treat them with care. I went to McDonald’s across the street. I requested the same service for one of their«Smoothie Type Drinks». Surprisingly, the cashier was very friendly, she was not sure about my request so she asked her manager. Her manager, quickly figured a solution and told me she would charge me an amount for a large and a small version… I bought it. All I wanted was a SuperSized fruit drink and was not concerned with the price… Taco Bell, you limited my online survey complaint to 500 characters. Here is a message to you. You lost my respect. You may have a large Legal Department, and a large budget, but you are not larger than the Voice of the Internet. You cannot stop me from posting complaints about you to all my social circles. You cannot stop me from making You Tube Videos about you. No matter how much money, how much legal support, or even political support you have, even if you are supported by the the Illuminati, or even organized crime you cannot stop me from expressing my complaints about you on all the Internet Social Channels possible. You are powerless against the Internet and it’s People… I told Unilocal about this, and one day there will be enough complaints against you in this collective that you will have to reconsider how you do business. I am the Market, I have a voice on the Internet that will be heard. You will not stop me.

Funny, its not everyday you see a Taco Bell that is a Drive Thru with a walk up counter. There is no dining room, but there were a few tables outside. Drove thru for a quick bite before driving home to San Diego. Food just like every other Taco Bell. Cheap, quick & tasty! No complaints on drive thru service. :-)
