Terrible. I called in an order last night so I could pick up donuts, croissants and a box of coffee on my way to work this morning for a meeting. I was hesitant considering the awful Unilocal reviews but the girl on the phone assured me everything would be ready by 7am.
When I arrived, the place was packed and getting more packed. I waited a bit and then said I am here for the order I called in. It was now 7am. Coffee was not ready. Donuts were not ready, nothing was ready. And on top of that, the lady gave me attitude. I left with nothing and showed up empty handed to my meeting.

Our experience here was great… We stopped here for a snack cuz we were lost. my husband got two doughnuts and a apple turn over and milk I got a cronut and a mocha chocolate blended drink and it was so good! The place is clean and the one person that was working was nice but didn’t understand English to well.

Poor customer service. Every time I come here, they do not show up at the cashier or available when selecting an item. I had to wait 5 minutes to get a response. They need to invest on a bell to be notified that customers are waiting in a long line. Employees there like to complain about their customers or judge them after their purchases. I went their yesterday and all I heard was laughing and giggling in the backroom of theirs. It would seem they are not taking their job seriously. Having more conversations with their employees rather than serving customers. If I worked there, I would do a way better job then them combined.

People are nice here but soda machine not working since Monday isn’t this suppose to be a big company something a person can rely on to get what they need and be in n out fast it’s the exact opposite
Super slow they don’t even know your inside unless your making noise to get their attention cough cough dropping keys

The three stars I’m giving them is for the Black Forest Ham combo w/fresh squeezed orange juice & jalapeño chips. It’s so good but only sometimes when a certain girl makes it. The girls here have an attitude more than half of the time. If they don’t have fresh juice & you want some they will make it while rolling their eyes. I don’t recommend you come early in the morning bc it gets pretty busy.

I get coffee or chocolate and a donut here. Customer service is fast but mostly because some of the customers is nice to me and let’s me go ahead of them. The donuts are okay coffee is the is same much cheaper than starbucks coffee. It can get packed quickly especially kids and parents heading to school in the morning.
