McDonald’s

Employees could not remember what a mini meal is, so here is a picture to show you. I’ve ordered this here before, next time please don’t sell me everything separately.
The workers typically seem unhappy here, they should find jobs they like somewhere else.

Someone needs to look into the night swift. They always close the doors before 12am. Got there a few times 10 – 15 mins before n the doors r closed. Thats bull crap knowing most of there customers are truck drivers and cant use the drive thru window.
Oh n de large coffee cup is bigger in de morning than at night. I pay for large and get a med cup.

This location is hit and miss in terms of speediness of the drive thru. Food-​wise, tastes like all the other McDonald’s locations. But I’ve had drive thru experiences that were less than a minute long (and they timed it) and other experiences that have taken 15 minutes long from start to finish. You can’t ever estimate if you have enough time to go because of this inconsistancy.

McDonald’s has been providing Americans with quality food since 1940. My two favorite items are the McDonald’s classic: Big Mac and single cheeseburgers. Anytime I eat here, I smile… except when the transients, drug addicts, or hobos walk in to sleep in the corner, fill their cups with soda etc… this location is notorious for this problem. These people usually don’t bother anyone but it does make me feel like i should take a bath with Lysol.
Service is great, food is great, they also have healthier choices but «meh» i’d rather have 2 cheeseburgers, large fries, large Dr. Pepper, and chocolate dipped cone. 1550 calories and 1810mg of salty richness.

Process food not fresh and chemical s they use can cause cancer or birth defects. Their cookin oil is dirty and old just eat at home or el pollo loco

I’m not one to do reviews but this McDonald’s is the definition of crap. As we were waiting for our food, someone came in with problems with his order through the drive thru saying he didn’t get a few things. Next our order came and she tried to take away our fries that we did order, as we were eating this lady came from the drive thru reserved saying she’s been waiting for so long and they gave her a coupon to try and fix things. And lastly there was a couple who ordered the variety box where her food all came out from the bottom because they didn’t assemble the box correctly. All this happened in 20 mins, I can only imaging a whole day…

this is ok. service was kinda slow. took forever for cookies. fast pace was when we was leaving.

I don’t want to be one of ‘those people’ that holds up the drive thru line. But at this McDonald’s they really leave me no choice. I have been here plenty of times, and sadly my order is correct only about 40% of the time. So trust me when I say, take a few moments and check your bags THOROUGHLY. You’ll see why in story #1.
1) The other day my kids were hungry and waiting and we didn’t have time to cook (lazy) so what did we do? Get unhealthy fast food of course. I ordered a whole bunch of stuff, including one big breakfast and one deluxe breakfast. I scan the bags as I usually do, then go home. Apparently I didn’t look hard enough. My son says, ‘where’s the bacon?’ Damn it. I drive back, demand the bacon, and ask for a free OJ or something for my troubles. It’s sad that I had to ask for some consolation item instead of them apologizing and offering it to me themselves. So, apparently I need to take the lid off the deluxe breakfast and get visual confirmation of all the items, including bacon.
2) Bought a 10 piece nuggets once. Went home only to discover they had given me a 6 piece and still charged me for the 10 piece.
3) Went home without checking the bags (bad idea) and discovered they gave me 3 hash browns instead of 4. Couldn’t leave my wife or kids without a hash brown, so I had to drive back.
4) At precisely 3:54am one morning, I said verbatim, ‘If I order fries right now, will I receive fresh fries or old ones? I only want to order fresh fries.’ (Regular menu ends at 4:00am and breakfast begins, that’s why I asked.) The girl says ‘sir, you will get fresh fries.’ I order a combo with fries. The girl says that we’re just waiting on the fries. Ok, so far so good. Then, they give me the bag, I take one look, and am instantly pissed off. Brown, hardened, obviously old fries. I hold one up to the manager and ask her to eat it, then tell me if it’s fresh. She refused. They did not apologize or offer anything to make up for it. So I got my refund and left. What a waste of time. I specifically asked and they flat out lied. (Give ‘em the old fries, he’ll never know the difference.) Ridiculous. As you can see, if I keep going I can write a book titled ‘How to badly run a McDonald’s franchise’.
Those are just trips to this location that I can remember specifically. There are numerous other trips where they have given me the wrong soda or shorted me one item. If you read my other reviews you can see I’m not that hard to please. You really have to screw up customer service or have terrible food in order to get a one star. In this case, the customer service sucks. (The food is exactly the same as any of the other billion McDonald’s locations — greasy, fatty, unhealthy, and fabulous, of course.)

Terrible service, there have been multiple occasions where I have had to go back once, twice and even three times just for them to get my order right. They may be quick to get your food to you but most likely it wont be what you ordered.

This McDonalds is OK. I’ve visited this location multiple times, but service quality is a hit or miss here. Sometimes you get to deal with great workers, and other times some people look like they hate their jobs. During this visit, I used the drive-​thru service. There weren’t any cars in front of me, so it was fairly quick to order my food. The menu seemed a little dim for readability purposes. The worker was able to take my order in less than 5 minutes and I was able to confirm my order through the on-​screen display. Once I got to the first window to pay, the worker just took my money and did not seem to want to interact with me. She did not direct me to the next window or tell me to move forward, so I was confused if she was going to give me my food or I had to move to the next window. Once my payment was complete, the initial worker looked at me as if I was reading her mind and I knew that I had to move forward (which was really awkward). After affirming that I had to move forward, the secondary worker had the same in domineer. She to acted as if she did not want to interact with me was ready for the next person in line. She was able to promptly fulfill my order in less than 8 minutes, but felt very distant. Overall an OK McDonalds, service is a hit or miss.

Ooohhhh my God why have I been sitting in this drive-​thru line for almost 20 minutes?! There’s only 2 cars in front of me… This is ridiculous!

The service in the McDonald’s surprisingly very good compared to many other McDonald’s that I have visited. Both the Managers and the Employees have so far been very helpful and friendly to me.
The only problem is the bums who are always loitering that place. They are very disgusting, unsanitary, they harass me for money and smoke their smelly cigarettes right in front of the door.
If it wasn’t for these living leeches, that McDonald’s would have more stars on this review…

This McDonald’s is located on the corner of Pacific Coast Highway and Santa Fe. I didn’t really like this McDonald’s because I got a bad vibe from the place. I would be easy to blame it on the neighborhood but McDonald’s has a fairly high standard for its employees regardless of the location.
This is an older store and hasn’t been renovated yet. It has a big photo of the port of Los Angeles and Downtown Long Beach on the wall which is pretty cool. I think I am going to stay away from this place and move a bit east to where the friendlier employees are located.

It’s McDonalds… it’s a chain… they are all the same… only reason I am wasting time to go to this one, much less rate it, is because (although it is not designated as such) there is room to park my tractor trailer in the back parking lot. Service has always been fine, food is same as anywhere…

It’s quite obvious… McDonald’s didn’t get popular cause of their customer service… it’s really changed alot over the years… they’re all about getting you in and out… regardless of if you got everything you ordered and paid for and if you got all the utensils and condiments that you needed for what you ordered…
They give you like one packet of ketchup, charge for sauce for nuggets or fries… and prices have actually gone up… what the heck? supersize me? NOT…

Once upon a time when I was still in highschool, this would always be one of the hang out places afterschool. I mean cheap affordable food even though its unhealthy.
Try a McChicken WITH Cheese ! :)

Took 17 minutes to get a mocha frappé when I was the only customer in the place. But the cinnamon melts were fantastic.

Local McDonald’s in my hood. The epitome of fastfood. What is there to say?
Unhealthy, but convenient. When I’m really hungry, and in a hurry. I order a happy meal (which really doesn’t make me that happy).
Once in a while I get myself an Angus Mushroom Swiss Burger… that is… if that’s the only thing I could eat in one day.
