I’ve been here a few times(because I’m, unfortunately, addicted to the Orange Chicken) and this location and the service here is always a hot mess. Majority of the employees don’t know how to communicate to customers and have a general poor attitude. Tonight I walked in at 9:05pm, and the store is supposed to close at 9:30pm, but they had already stopped making food!!! There were only a few options left(6 out of the 40 things they make) that they were happy to sell. No, thank you — I don’t want the bits, scraps, and leftovers. To me, this is crazy! For a such a large successful company, it’s clear that this location is running well below the standard. This store is a poor representation of their brand. I will never eat at this location again. If they don’t care, then I don’t care to give them my money.

Manager yelled the f word to the cook who forgot about the rather large boiling pot on the stove and my teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce at all. Way to go.

I called in to order 1 tray of chow mein the night before pick up – the guy assisting on the phone was very helpful and friendly. The next morning, I needed to order an additional party tray of fried rice but I was afraid it was too last minute. The girl who initially answered the call was a little confused and passed it off to another employee. The next lady was helpful and said it would be OK to order(I called about an hour before pick up time). Once we got there, the chow mein was ready but we had to wait about 6 – 8 minutes for the fried rice which was understandable since we called in late. However, the staff were very accommodating and followed up with us twice to let us know they were making it; on top of that, they even offered us a free drink while we wait. Plates, condiments, and fortune cookies also provided. $ 29 and some change for 2 party trays is quite a steal!

Portions have gotten smaller as the prices went up. I ordered the Fire Breasted Chicken, Orange chicken and Angus steak. Two dishes were good. The bad one was the Fire Breasted Chicken. There was no chicken in it. All vegetables.Very disappointing. I wish they would go back to larger portions. Panda express is a bad value. Additionally, I have contacted them about this, and have not heard back from them. They just don’t care.

Very small serving. And the old black lady in the counter is extremely rude. Stopped going to Panda after bad experiences at this location.

Probably the worst Panda Express I have ever eaten at. All the meats were hard and overcooked. Even the Chow Mein tasted old :(And they don’t have my fav at this location, eggplants, so, on top of not having good food, they didn’t have what I walked in for. People were very nice… but their food was not.

Went in at 4PM today, they close at 8PM. Limited selection and the rice was dry, unappetizing, and uneatable. And to the person calling others moron, three fingers pointing back at ya. Mediocre taste, lackadaisical service, and the food sucks. Won’t be back. p. s. the additional tips need to include toxic waste dump under ambience.

After learning and seeing what was shown to me today from a friend about what was in her combo plate… I officially am through with THIS location! On Halloween(2015) my eyebrow lady & friend found a ROACH in her food… A ROACH! I had her show me and send me the photo… I’ve already contacted the Health Department as well as Panda Express Headquarters! This is so unsanitary and beyond disgusting! And my Gf and I usually eat at THISLOCATION almost EVERY Friday so now I am in thought like«wonder if we’ve eaten a roach» I have the picture from my eyebrow lady of the roach in the food I will upload it.

Love you guys but seriously, Lulu needs to go. She is the most noticeably unpleasant person on your staff and when she’s working, I have turned away several times. You’re better than that and every other employee does a great job!

This is the most disgusting«Chinese food» I have ever had the displeasure of having. The veggie egg rolls were essentially full of vomit, all of the entress look and tasted as if they were sitting there all day, and it was as if I could taste the arsenic in the rice. No thanks. I won’t be back.

At 9:30 Panda Express closes and they started playing loud rock music Which was really disturbing, when I and other customers were eating. we told them to turn down the volume but instead they laughed at us.

Went to this place for the first time, ordered one entrée vegetables and orange chicken. The vegetables were dry and they were very skimpy on the portions as far as Orange chicken and it was very vinegary. Will never eat here again. First impression is last. Could’ve gone across town and got 2 plate item for the same price.

Panda is my autistic son’s favorite and I always come to this place. But as far as customer service I would rate this one associate from a scale of 1thru 10 would be 1 because of her rudeness. Her name is Loujuanda, I was still making my order and she went and did my bill right away where the register and telling me what my bill is and she knows I was not in front of her. She knows damn well I wasn’t there to pay but she was still going telling me what my total is. Then finally she says«oh you still want to order»? Then i said«yes» in a firm voice and she knows I am kind of upset already. Then as I finally ready to eat I had to get up my seat again cause she forgot my eggroll. And also told me they were out of teriyaki chicken and will get it on thursday. It Is the worst ugliest service I’ve ever seen and very unprofessional. Re train or put her in the kitchen.

The Smart Wok selections are excellent — healthy — fast food. There is no arguing with fresh veggies. Good stuff. I noted and some of the previous reviews that they critique the ice machine and the general cleanliness of the location — they cleaned up their act — the place is clean and the soda machine is working just fine.

THEYHAVEROACHES!!! I have eaten at this location at least 4 times before it was my last. I walked in during the slow of the lunch rush to have my usual: a veggie chow mein bowl with teriyaki chicken. While waiting in line to order, A roach crawls from behind the counter and straight up the wall in front of everyone. That means, there are a fkking lot of roaches if they are that bold to move around in broad daylight. I was digusted. I said, «what the hell, they got roaches» and got my ass out of there. Fkk that. The lady was right there stirring rice, veggies and chow mein. The sad part is, only one other person walked out. Nasty asses. THEYHAVEROACHES!!!

I visit this location a lot … And I do mean A LOT! I believe before you rate something, you should rate it for what it is supposed to be, NOT for what it isn’t. This is a chain location and I have to say, for what it is, they do a good job with customer service and the quality of food. I go to PE more than a typical Chinese food joint because I always wonder about the the quality of the meat they use in my favorite items, particularly orange chicken. I also trust PE more because you can see the cooks making food in the back. The only downside at this location is also one of the things I like: the location. It’s right on the corner of 5th next to the metro so you frequently get some sketchy, ghetto activity outside. And sometimes one of those characters come inside to order. Other than that, I enjoy coming here when it’s not crowded.

Clean. Friendly, professional looking staff, not your typical freak train. Kitchen looked like Cal Trans, but food was delicious to the taste and VERY desirable! Fresh and hot. Their BB was the first I’ve had that didn’t taste like rodent. I would know, I’ve eaten rodent. Chairs are bitchin! They’ve got great cushions that keep my boney white ass from falling asleep while I shovel all sorts of delicious filthy into my face. I have to question the sturdiness of their forks, plus they don’t have a number printed on the back, just some other nonsense I can’t even make out. This makes it very difficult to be perverted and childish with your friends as you inform them of your many sexual encounters with members of the opposite sex and how this corresponds with the very same number printed on the back of your favored eating utensil. However, this is offset by a delicious fortune cookie. The very same that will now give me the opportunity to be be perverted. I seize the moment and inform my friends that my fortune reads«Soon a visitor shall delight you. INBED!» Zing! Except, I’m all alone. My life is pathetic. And I’ll be hungry again in an hour. Because of this, and the absence of lucky numbers accompanied by my fortune, I can only award 4 stars to this establishment. ~Drew

Love the new commercial with the Panda flying across the table to get a piece of the Shanghai Angus Steak so decided to try it. My verdict… Ewwww! The steak was extremely tough and chewy. Yuck! I should’ve played it safe and ordered the Orange Chicken or Beef and Broccoli. Lesson learned! Don’t let cute pandas in the commercials fool you! I also tried the Chicken and Mushrooms and it was Meh. The fried rice was dry and the noodles were hard. They need to put less onions in there or cook the onions a lil more. Who likes crunchy raw onions in there noodles anyways? Gross! I don’t think I’ll be back. Everything was so salty and saucy, Eek! I’m downing a bottle of water as we speak.
