McDonald’s

Doing Uber Eats delivery had 2 orders. Went to the drive through mind you both orders were ready inside. I go inside and both orders are on the counter one guy gives me one and then tells me to wait. I ask the second people the manager to check the number she gives order but then holds onto the handle and the bag rips. Then they start filming me saying they are going to get me fired. Did 2 more orders after that. Ghetto Racists because I am black and they were hostile towards me getting my order after going there many times.

I rarely expect anything from McDonalds… but today was really bad. STONE COLD FOOD… nothing worse than McD COLD FRIES! I ordered the Hot N Spicy Chicken Sand… disgusting…very DRY and cold… Egg McMuffin… can’t mess this up… Large French Fried… OLD FRIES/​OLD OIL and STONE COLD. MOZ sticks… fried in OLD OIL… really bad taste… I only go because of convenience… but the food was just really bad this time… no… I didn’t drive back to complain… really now. it’s MC’D’s… par for the course… better luck next time

Decided to grab a quick burger and fries (not usually a McDonalds person but I was craving it), and I happily walk up to the register and say «Hello!» to the teenage girl with the bad attitude working the register and she just looked at me with a blank stare. No «hello» or anything came out of her mouth ! She just looked at me like I had said nothing at all.
I don’t need a super warm welcoming but I sure wasn’t talking to myself, I expected at least a smile.

Major fail this morning.
Parking lot blocked off… no sign as to why.
Walk across lot to get to entrance… oops what’s slippery… WET PAINT!
They had been repainting the lines in the parking lot.
Thought I managed to get the wet paint off my shoes, but NO, now the drivers side floor mat of my car is nicely marked.
Good job guys :/

Typical McD’s. Service is always very friendly. Usually pretty busy.

Needs some work on your smoothies guys. It’s like a hit or miss if it tastes good or not. I feel like they’re not all following the same recipe and it’s very inconsistent. My smoothie today was so bad I actually had to go home and fix it by adding sugar and re blend it to salvage it. At least taste the smoothie first or something before sending it out.

Exactly what I would expect from a McD’s located in this area. Dirty, slow, rude… And that’s just the customers.
Asked for no cheese, got cheese.
Staff are just doing their job. Asking for my name and then calling it out was a nice touch, even if they did put «Sac»

I always eat McDonalds because of convenience, price, value and last week after seeing the McDonalds spokesman on TV say that McDonalds is serving breakfast beyond only mornings, I was happy. Today I ordered my usual breakfast and I was told that I was too late. I mentioned the new McDonald’s policy about opening for breakfast later and the person said well its not going into effect yet. Screw you McDonalds

Worst food and service of any McDonalds!
I have been to this location several times but never again. Bad drive through service, and bad food quality. Over 10 minutes in line (drive through) and didn’t even reach the first window to pay. The car in front of me raised his hands and said «they can’t get my order correct», as he looked in his rear view mirror. I felt bad for him because he was making everyone wait.
In the past, food has been cold, the buns dry and put together like the employees were paying ring toss. Bad attitudes by the employees and no signs of any management. Even the McDonalds on 4^th street beats this one, but not by much.

Stopped in here this morning (and I never stop in a McDonalds but today I thought I’d give them another chance) for breakfast before I went to work. I was running late so I wasn’t able to make my own as I usually do. I was in the drive thru and back on the road within 2 minutes, thus why I gave two stars instead of one. But the food that I got was absolutely disgusting. The meat was dry, cheese had melted and hardened again and the egg wasn’t warm at all. I ordered the two sausage mcmfuffin meal and both sandwiches seemed as if they were sitting for a while. I thought they started the «we don’t make it until you order it!» Well, if anyone thinks they do, you are wrong. Everyone was very nice and pleasant but the food was not good at all. Actually, let me take that back, my hash brown was decent.

This is a dirty place. Stop by to grab a bite to eat after ordering when to the restroom. On my way to the restroom noticed a worker was wiping tabletop with same rag she had in restrooms with a spray bottle. As I walked over to pick up my order. I noticed the rag was not the only bad hygiene that this Mc Donald’s need to be fine for.
I returned refused my order and with my refund in my pocket I left!

Ordering someone’s food shouldn’t be hard… So when I came home and found I got the completely wrong order is was really upsetting… Thanks guys for making my fast food experience great… It’s not worth my time to go back and make a complaint I might as well make myself a sandwich at home…

This mcdonalds is getting way better than years ago. Employees and staff are really nice and working on pleasing the guests. Yes i understand that they cant please everyone but are working on it. It has a nice playland area for the kids and help the parents take a little rest while the kids are at play. Also they offer a party pack for parents who want to celebrate their kids bday party there. No worries about setting up the event or even cleaning up after.
And as far as people calling that place ghetto? Maybe it is but not as bad. Ive seen worse places. People just tend to judge so quickly without even knowing whats really going on. And as for the «typical mcdonalds» well theres nothing typical about this mcdonalds. Everyone works really hard to serve the customers as fast and friendly as they can in a very timely manner. Tho at times the lines get super long so it takes a little longer to get your food. Either way… Fast food. Good service… Why not go try it out and see for yourself

MESSED UP MY ORDER!!! I went to this place to buy a simple chicken sandwich with cheese added to it and they gave me literally a chicken sandwich with just cheese no lettuce and mayonnaise. I told them they messed up my order and they had the nerve to give me the burger unfixed so lucky I didn’t throw it in the cashiers face I hope she reads this because the next time this happens I will report it to the manager and go back and do what I said. This isn’t the first time this happened but now I’m not dealing with this anymore.

One of the best McDonald’s I have been to!!! So clean! Great service! Great play area for kids!
Highly recommended if you must do fast food!

Your basic quick and dirty Mickey D’s. Not clean with slow and rude staff. Don’t expect much. I recommend the drive thru.

ive been a receptionist for a while now so i know how important it is to please the customer over the phone because thats what brings customers in!!! I called, & obviously they have no training whatsoever on how to speak with a customer over the phone. to me, poor customer service over the phone means poor customer service in person… thats why after I got off the phone with them I decided to go to another location. I worked at a Mcdonalds for my first job so I know the managers are the ones picking up the phone, so owner, please train your managers on how to treat customers over the phone so you wont lose another customer.

I came in last night around 2230, I ordered a #1 thinking I was getting my free Big Mac! After getting my order through drive thru I checked to see if I got my free Big Mac! Which I didn’t I asked the cashier for my Big Mac! She was «like ohh I’m sorry the Big Mac is only free when you buy it individual!!» I was like wtf is the difference!!! so disappointed!!!

A nice surprise. I stopped in today for a short coffee break. I was impressed with the cleanliness and overall good behavior of the clients. I discovered the trick to all the calm and order.
Someone is thinking. The background music was easy listening classical. And who says music doesn’t soothe the savage beast.
Very pleasant employees and everything including the restroom was clean.

I’m just writing a post to make fun of all the people whining about how «scary it looks» outside of this area and to «lock your car doors» or «don’t get out no matter what the circumstances». You fucking pansies.
This isn’t even that bad of an area. Yes, does it look somewhat run down and a bit more intimidating at night? Of course, but I’ve lived in this area (right across the street, actually) for 5 years, and you can see my white ass in the darkest of night so I don’t have any shadows to hide in if someone is trying to chase after me and shank me.
Don’t post on the area of a place unless you know for sure what it’s really like. Also, visit some of my hoods back home around the Bronx and then cry to me about it being scary and unsafe (and even THOSE aren’t bad, they just look a hell of a lot more intimidating).
This McDonalds is A-​OK, they’ve forgotten a few things in the drive-​thru at times but have always made it up to me when I come back to tell them about it, and the staff is genuinely polite and friendly. I mean, what else can you ask from a McDonalds?

All I could say is this place is ghetto. It’s in Long Beach, and the place is pretty clean. Your typical McDonald’s joint where they serve food with their typical menu.
I went in to use their restroom. But couldn’t resist but order something.
Maybe I am overly exaggerating, but please make sure your car doors are locked when you come out. And be aware of your surroundings. But I have seen worst places.
