WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not very customer friendly. Waited 15 – 20 minutes too long, then asked for a refund for the $ 6 malasadas. I had high expectations and decided that it was not worth it especially since they decided to give someone else who placed their order after us theirs (they had ordered two $ 6 malasadas along with a bag of the mini ones) and continued to fill the orders for other people who placed orders for the mini ones. You would think that they would fill our order first before theirs since we came before them. Keep in mind that these people placed the order after us and we placed our order when there were no customers in line. We also ordered only two of those regular malasadas. They made no concessions to make the situation right, so I decided to ask for a refund after they said that it was going to take a few more minutes beyond the 15 – 20 minutes we waited in the humid heat. Some other people also decided to get refunds soon after. I will definitely tell my friends and other people to never buy their malasadas.
