We waited to be seated which is normal. However the service and food was horrible. It took nearly an hour to get our food(4) of us. There was toast on my eggs and I didn’t order toast and it looked like a booger on my pancakes

Came here today with friends. We had purchased a coupon book from a kid going door to door fundraising for his team or what have you. So thought I’d use the coupons and eat at one of the«participating» locations, this being one of them. Everything was good: service, prompt, friendly and the place was packed. When time came to pay for the meal, we got so many excuses on why they couldn’t honor the coupon. First our friends and is split the bills… but they couldn’t use the same deal with us because we split bills but same ticket. Next I couldn’t get the free entrée with purchase of entrée(mon.$ 9.79) plus 2 regular drinks, because we ordered the same thing. I had to pay the $ 1.79 cause the entrée was honored up to $ 8. Sounds fishy but I’m not holding up the line, not buying a book anymore, or coming here. The cashier tried to explain they have a new owner and the new owner is not down with this fundraiser, yadda-yadda. Bull-loney! Totally trying to pull some fast one. I think I should contact someone about the«false advertisement.» If you have a coupon out there, honor it. Or don’t put you name out there. No one will put you down as a participating restaurant without YOURCONSENT… sell that to the rocks. Sue them, but honor the customer. Total bummer. I felt embarrassed too for our friends I’d given the other coupon to.

The highlight from this place is the pancakes. Its the only thing that matters to here. Honestly, the coffee taste like ass. And not some nice ass, some nasty wrinkly doody smelling ass. The rating is only for these flight pancakes they got here. Other items on their menu is hidden in fine print. But other Dennys locations are actually better than this one.

This location deserves the single star. First off we sat for over 20 minutes without any service whatsoever. We couldn’t even order a water. The place is understaffed, it was a quiet Friday night and you can tell the vibe was just off the first step into the place. What made my group get up and leave was when we saw another group being seated and having their orders taken, while we’ve been waiting here getting no attention from any workers. Never coming here again!

This is one of my go to Denny’s. Service always fast and I ordered the meat lover skillet. The steak was cooked perfect and egg was cooked the way I ask for. This place just a little dated. But I’m here for the food and service.

Had breakfast yesterday after doing a graveyard shift. Place was pretty busy, plenty of parking. Was greeted after another party was sat. Once seated, they took our drink order. After a few minutes our coffee and orange juice were at our table. I ordered the Lumberjack Slam, came with eggs, sausage, ham, bacon, hashbrown, and two fluffy pancakes. My girl had the pumpkin pancakes. Even though I asked for my hashbrowns to be extra crispy they were just ok. The eggs were scrambled, bacon was like whatever, sausage was ok, the ham was actually more crispy… Pancakes were good, but so filling. Vicente was our server and he was attentive. Plenty of parking in the rear of the restaurant.

The place is a bit old but they are planning to get a complete makeover. The people who works here are very welcoming and helpful. Nice workers. This denny’s is way too better than the one in «Carson St, Lakewood». Employees in Denny’s at Carson St, Lakewood are rude and not enthusiastic to work at all.

Haven’t been to Denny’s in a while, and went for breakfast today. It was actually very good. The coffee was freshly brewed, and my breakfast was tasty. I ordered the wheat pecan banana pancakes, egg whites, and turkey bacon. The waiter, Nate was super nice and attentive. We will definitely be back.

If you come here late night. your server is a Caucasian male, and you split you check between cash and card. Verify the amount they charge your card!!! My bill was about $ 44 I have him $ 40 in cash and rest on card so I could tip and he charged my card $ 51 with the tip included. He left the $ 40 on top of the register and didn’t put it directly in the cash register. When I asked him why my card was charged $ 51 when I have him $ 40 cash he played stupid like it was a mistake. I highly doubt it! That guy has been working there for YEARS! I would understand if he was new but the fact that he’s been there for so long and the odd situation that he put the cash on top of the register instead of inside is a little fishy to me. He may have thought we were drunk but I’m not stupid.

Service was good. Food was basic, timing was a little long. This Denny’s is the dirtiest Denny’s I’ve been to. There was an open ceiling panel with debris all over the table. More than a few tables were dirty with plates and trash and it’s been dirty since I walked in and walked out. Bathroom was disgusting. This place needs a lot of improvement especially since it’s a franchise.

There was a spider on my table scurrying around, it made me lose my appetite and a left. Maybe I shouldn’t be scared but I am terrified of spiders, I don’t want to deal with a spider bite agian. Soooo, I was trying to make an order for a quick fix. When we parked we saw a commotion going in the back at the parking lot and the so called«manager» was sooooooo rude when he gave me the menu then I tried to ordered he totally said«hmmmm, can u to tell her I’m trying to do something!» To my be. He got another one of the staff to take my order. But why you gave me the menu In first place if u ain’t ready to hear me out? Dumb and ignorant. Seems like he was annoyed by the situation outside(maybe his friends) u got time to check outside but not time to take my order tho and u gave me the menu. By this time my bf want haven’t it and was waiting outside to leave. «Manager» was so rude. Straight bs and have no manners and customer service. It’s not our fault there’s people fighting in your parking lot. I’m trying to order to go! Rude… Never again!

My kids and I were just there around 9:30 today. given place to seat then thats it,. for some reason NOBODY came to us to take our orders. waited for 15 mins then WELEFT! frustrating! i wish i would have gotten their names. but you just lost a costumers and will lose more.

Haven’t been here in a long time, mostly because I stopped eating after a night of carousing and whatnot. Besides, I don’t need all the fat, salt and carbs anyway(down to 235… go me!). Have another crazy swing shift(3pm-11pm) so I thought I’d just stop in for a sampler. Good news is that you can customize it(they have six options and you can choose two or three). Bad news is that the chicken tenders are small. Was still hungry, so I decided on the cheese fries. Good news is that they come with bacon and cheddar cheese. Bad news is they also put a cheese sauce on non-crispy fries, so you’re digging into a starchy, soppy, but bacon-sprinkled mess. Only two places I’ve seen get covered fries right are Heritage or Black Bear. Service was also slow; only six diners but only one cook. Portions seem to be smaller and the iced tea wasn’t iced(it had ice, but you really need to pack ice to get room temperature tea to that nice icy coolness). $ 17.51, sans tip for a sampler, side of cheese fries and iced tea. Next time I’ll just wait until the morning, go to Heritage for breakfast or even Black Bear if I want a chicken and fries basket.
