Decided to give them a chance to make things right. The owner is refusing to honor any warranty work to fix the unit.
The owner now will not answer or return any messages. To be honest he is acting like a child because I put a bad review on here.

After having several other companies work on my heating system over the period of several months, creating one problem after another, Fariaz from Energy Heating and Air got the job done right! The owner is smart, honest, fair and very dedicated to making customers happy and providing high quality service through and through. After talking by phone, he looked up the manuals and dealer instructions for our unit on the internet and studied them carefully. He came well prepared, with all the parts needed to fix our unique unit on his truck, and he was determined to get the system running before he left. He explained things and showed us what he was working on and why in terms we could understand. Though he had to work well past the «close of business,» he left our house in great shape and the unique, sensitive unit running like new. His single visit truly solved our problems after months and months of other service men working on the unit and trying various things to make it work. He knows what he is doing and does it really, really well.
