We stick to the pizza and cheese bread for any group gathering. Our experience is with delivery which is fairly prompt and the delivery staff is very nice. Hot and cheesy pizza and great cheese bread. Loved by everyone we have gotten it for.

The EBA, everything but anchovies, is a complete mess with huge chunks of onion and soggy crust.

Growing up in Liverpool, Twin Trees was my FAVORITE pizza place. Not any more… The waitress was courteous but slow. When the food finally came, it was not what was ordered. We patiently waited for the waitress to return, finally had to ask the hostess to track her down. When we told her we had the wrong dinner, chicken vs steak, she apologized and said it was her error and she would see«what she could do». She came back and told us she would comp the drink and salad bar. Really??? We pay $ 16.99 for a meal we didn’t order and you think taking $ 8 off is good customer service? The pizza isn’t that good. Why do have to pay for your mistake?

My parents and I went here a few weeks ago and had an unpleasant dining experience. There was a hair in the salad from the salad bar — we told the waitress thinking they would rotate the container but they didn’t. The service was not great — but I won’t go into every painstaking detail. The dinners themselves were okay, although they all came out at different times. Just overall an unpleasant experience and we would not return. Take-out would probably be the way to go. Otherwise I would recommend that you spend your money elsewhere.

I’ve ordered from TT57 since they opened across the street as strictly a take out pizza place. As of lately the quality of the food and the quality of the service that I’ve had completely sucks. The latest thing is the fact that when you order wings if you want celery you have to ask for celery, although the menu says it’s included. So I asked about this Saturday as I picked up 2 dozen wings, the girl behind the counter told me management’s policy. So I said I would like celery please. She walked into the kitchen for my I order and I paid and off I went of course when I got home there was only 1 order of celery instead of 2(ordered 2 dozen wings). My bad for not checking I just assumed that she wouldn’t forget in the 2 minutes it took to get my order. Duh! This is not the first time but it will be the last. I will drive to N. Syracuse or to Milton Ave. where their management seems to care about consistency.

The food was ok, what little we actually got to eat. We were kind of in a hurry so we got the buffet, 2 of us left hungry. There were no wings for quite sometime and no pizza for the majority of the time. The meatballs are gross as was the pasta they had out. The service was good she was very nice.

The pizza here is great, but be prepared if you haven’t had one yet. Firstly, they put all the toppings UNDER the cheese which leads to toppings that you would like browned crispy to be soggy. Also, they cut the(round) pizza oddly into strips? To get your best pizza you have to specify toppings on TOP of the cheese, and that you want it PIECUT. Other than pizza though, not much here is very good. It’s all just cooked/fried stuff off of a SYSCO truck. The place is a gem and could really be a huge winner if they actually had a chef in the back cooking from scratch and offering daily specials on the menu.

They finally abandoned that horrible on-hold jingle, so I’m upgrading their rating. As I said in the past, we like their pizza and wings, especially the chicken wing pizza and the EBA. My only criticism is that when they get busy, the quality slips a little. Like char grilled wings come half un-grilled and half burnt, or the toppings are all on 60% of the pizza and there’s pieces with very little. This is typical of all the pizzerias in the area, but still something to work on. OLD review… I am a regular customer and order from here at least once a week. I have no complaints about their food or service. This review is about Their new on-hold music that is an OBNOXIOUS jingle for their own place. Why are they singing me their phone number AFTER I ALREADYCALLEDTHEM? After five minutes on hold I couldn’t take it any more and hung up. I called my other(less) favorite place. I’ll keep calling, but I’m going to continue hanging up if I have to hear that horrible staticky jingle.

Pepperoni pizza eggrolls are delicious. Very good pizza even though they cut is in squares. Good burgers and subs. Delivery is generally under 45 minutes.

The pizza is good but expensive compared to others. I got the fish and chips… I got 4 fish sticks about 2x the size of your thumb and the same width. For $ 9.99 I expect to get Gortons from the freezer at least! 4 fish sticks? come on, you can do better. It comes with a «salad from the bag(with red cabbage) and cold garlic pizza bar». All in all, not a good meal and you can eat better just about everywhere for this price. 4 fish sticks… come on guys, go to BJ’s and get Gortons cod fillets and put them in the toaster oven. It would be a step up in my opinion.
