I went to get my first set of eyelash extensions done on Monday and in 3 days I have completely fallen in love with them. They have not changed or fallen out since I got them done and it has made my morning routine so much easier. I only got a half set of lashes because I was looking for something understated and natural. Maggie, the wonderful woman who did my lashes, ended up doing a little more than a half set (the perfect amount) and still only charged me for the half set! The process was not only relaxing but painless. Soft music played in the room and I essentially took a nap for an hour while the eyelashes were applied. The only negative was how far away it is from me. I hope that someday they can open up another chain in Danville because I would love to have a closer location! Other than that the service was excellent, the workers were professional and complementary and Maggie made my eyelashes look better than they ever have. I will be returning soon for sure.

They got me in almost right away with no appointment, which I really appreciated, and did a great job shaping my eyebrows! The lady who was doing my waxing realized that my skin is super sensitive and applied everything she had that could possibly make the swelling go down. It was a really sweet gesture!
The cashier was also very kind. The facility seems very clean. I like this business.
I paid 49 dollars (44 after the deal with Unilocal) for my eyebrows, lip, and hairline to be waxed. A decent deal.

What 3 people are you talking about?! This comment you just made is just clearly dumb. My husband and I went there for an hour and half massage around 12pm. We finished exactly at 130pm. As soon as I walked out the room your NEW front desk person approached me and asked if massage went good and I said yes then she started telling me that the price is $ 79 and not $ 60 from which she told me as we walked in the door. She even offered to give me discount next time I comeback for the next visit but it’s $ 79 each for that day. Get your facts straight before replying. I understand this place is horrible because you don’t even know what you are talking about! No stars at all!!!

I have been going here for chair massage for about 6 months. All of the chair massages have been excellent, which is why I keep coming back.
It seems like the reception staff has changed lately and is not as professional as the back of the house. This morning I called in and scheduled a 1:00 appointment with Ava for a ½ hour chair massage. I had a horrible headache and a busy day, so 1:00 was the best time for me.
I arrived at 12:55 and the receptionist commented that I was early for my appointment. I replied that I was about 5 minutes early. She said, no, your appointment is at 1:30. I said, oh no, it was definitely scheduled for 1:00. That receptionist was the one I had spoken to when I scheduled the appointment. In fact, my husband was right there and heard me schedule it for 1:00.
Perhaps some customer service training is necessary here. Instead of assuming I was wrong, the receptionist could have said, oh I am so sorry there has been a mix-​up, or can I see if there is another staff available to accommodate you. Instead by her immediately saying that I was wrong, I got angry, my headache intensified, and I left and got a lovely chair massage at Relax Ave Day Spa.
I have 4 pre-​paid chair massages left at The Body Spot, and will use them, but will confirm my appointments before arriving. I am not sure if I will remain a customer here after my prepaid massages are up.

Visiting from Texas and my friend recommended this place. I was a bit apprehensive about it, but then I got a surprise happy ending. Got the foot massage… The dude was amazing. Highly recommended.

OMG, I just had the best 2 hour massage with Nicole. I was skeptical because I was afraid I was going to get a Thai massage where they twist you into a pretzel, slap you all over, and make you feel worse than you walked in. The rooms are clean, no frills. The massage table was heated, which felt good since it was cold outside. I had a Swedish massage and needed some serious shoulder work. Nicole massaged the knots on each shoulder for at least 30 minutes each. Then she massaged my legs. I had just ran the Hot Chocolate 15k in SF so it felt like I just rolled my legs. She totally listened to how I wanted the pressure and asked me if the pressure was ok throughout the massage (not excessive though). I loved it so much that I booked another session.

The Body Spot is legitimate — they do everything right; not just a nice back rub you can find most anywhere but really working out the problem areas and bath you in relaxation.
My wife & I get massages on a regular basis due to my back injuries & her stress levels at work. This has become our favorite place to go when we need body work done; and that is at least once a month.
Their 1hr. foot massage includes a scalp rub, shoulders & neck rub before they move to your feet & legs.
Their 1hr. Body massage includes stretch & pull, full body work and scalp rub. The staff is very nice, and the rooms are upscale. While it is not the cheapest place around, if you want quality work done, this is your place.

17 days post partial knee replacement surgery, my effected thigh and calf muscles were screaming. Keeping me awake at night. Physical Therapy, icing, heat all helps, but Lu at the Body Spot was able to avoid the 6″ incision site and help me. I walked out feeling so much better and more flexible. Business is clean, efficient and very friendly… So happy to have found The Body Spot in Livermore. I feel a restful night coming on, finally!

Got a wonderful reflexology foot massage here! They had a special-​$ 25 for a full hour, they also included a quick head, neck, shoulder, arm and back massage. $ 35 is the regular rate, it’s well worth the money. The staff was friendly and the environment was very relaxing.

Great place to get ripped off. Signed up for the membership for $ 60 in order to get the member rate (the therapists are great). Looked online the next day at noon, made an appointment and by the time I got there at 3pm the prices had changed! Nice receptionist said she would call the manager to see if he would make an exception and that he liked to change the prices at will.
NOT the kind of place I want to do business with. Left my card and asked for the manager to call me. That was 4 weeks ago. No word. Too busy changing prices on the website. I’m out $ 60.

I had a great experience and wonderful massage. Judy is so strong and powerful. I got the membership and look forward to going back often. I left feeling nice and relaxed.

I’ve been working and cutting hair 6 days a week and my shoulders and back were getting tense and I went in with my mom just to test it out, we didn’t know exactly what to expect. But they were AMAZING, I felt so much better when I left there, I will definitely be going back again. It’s a very reasonable price as well, there no reason people shouldn’t be going!

My first time and very happy with the kind and friendly staff. Maggie has strong hands and I was very satisfied with the deep tissue massage I got today. The place is clean and relaxing. I paid $ 75 for the one hour deep tissue massage plus $ 5 for the peppermint oil.

Maggie is wonderful and patient when she applies eyelash extensions. I was there for two hours while she tediously applied the individual lashes to each eye. We had a quick consultation with me about the different types and sizes. I opted for natural lashes, but when I go to refill, I’m hoping for more of a dramatic look.
The business was clean and organized. The young lady at the front desk was nice and polite.
Maggie was so sweet, she told me I could take a nap, but I was too nervous that I didn’t want to accidentally open my eyes.
For a first time «extensioner» I rate my experience a 5, because I’m super happy with the whole experience!

Great foot massage! I’ve gone to a few other foot massage places, but this was my favorite. My legs were in pain from hiking and after the massage, I felt great. Would highly recommend this place.
The only change I wish they would do was ensure they used a good smelling lotion. I don’t like the smell of the one they use now.

I started seeing Maggie since September 2014. She did my eyelashes for a couple of special occasions. They came out really well and she took her time to make sure that I was satisfied. After about a week, some eyelashes fell off and she told me to come in and she would fix them for me. She really wants the customer to be satisfied with her products and services.
I started talking to Maggie about my dry skin and fine lines. She recommended the D Collagen facial and I have been seeing her about every five weeks since November. I have noticed an improvement in my skin. I also like how Maggie is honest with me about my skin and gives me tips for improvement. The prices are high up there, but comparable to what other high end skincare places charge. I would highly recommend the Body Spot for their professionalism, cleanliness, services, knowledge, and location. Maggie is right that you do save money in the long term if you buy facials in a package.

My boyfriend and I walked in here on a Saturday and were able to get in so we were very happy about that. They gave us the lowdown on their specials and we started our massages right away.
My masseuse was amazing! I’ve had many massages in many different places — from chains to high end spas — and this one was the best! I wish I remembered her name but I will definitely find out and make sure I see her again next time. She listened to exactly what I wanted and she made sure I was happy throughout the massage.
On top of everything she went over the time that I paid for… Extra points for that :)

I had lash extensions done here for my destination wedding in Costa Rica and it was the best decision ever. I was nervous at first because I never had them before and didn’t want to be stuck with something I didn’t like on my wedding day but they looked amazing and so natural. No one ever
Knew that I had them done and it was so nice not to worry about make up.
I also had full leg and arm waxing done.
Loved my results!

At 32 weeks pregnant, I was looking for relaxation and relief. Sam was amazing! Very attentive to my comfort and the pressure he applied. My experience from start to finish was pleasant, very friendly staff and clean facility. I’m a happy customer:)
