Ly is amazing! I had a pedicure that totally failed. And not more than an hour after she saved my toes! She is not only professional and great at her work, she is a beautiful person that cares about her clients. I will not go anywhere else from this day forward! Thank you Jeannette for the referral! I absolutely love Lee! I got the dippin powder and it looks absolutely amazing. She kept a conversation the whole time. I will be back!

I have visited many other nail salons in Livermore. I will never, EVER, go anywhere else to get my nails and toes done.

My nails have always look amazing. My teen daughter loves this place as well. I have never seen a salon with so many Shellac color options. Lee has it on point! Whatever my mood, she has a color!
Lee is not only a sweetheart, but she listens and remembers everything. I enjoy every visit and now consider her a friend. There is also a very great convenience in being able to text your pampering queen for appointments. she has always worked with my crazy last minute schedule.
The salon is located downtown. From the outside you don’t know what to expect, and inside there is an extremely welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. you feel like you have jumped inside a pinterest board!
At Lee’s you are always the center of attention. It feels like you are having a private spa treatment. There is a comfy couch for kids or for friends as they wait for you to get your glam on.

Do NOT waste your time going here. I’m sorry to say that this was the WORST nail experience I’ve ever had.
TL;DR — The issues: she made me wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appt time, never responded to my call/​texts day of or even think to notify me that she was running late, didn’t apologize until I made it clear I was unhappy, SOO slow at painting nails, didn’t soak my cuticles, CUT too much off my cuticle — I bled and it HURT (the worst part), and uneven nail filing. I would much rather pay $ 10, even $ 20 more for more respect and a better manicure.
I purchased the Groupon for a shellac manicure, called and texted her a week and a half in advance to schedule an appt. When the day came, I made and effort to call and text her again to make sure our appointment was still on. No response. I figured she’s probably with a client so I went ahead and drove 30 minutes out to her shop.
I arrived on time and she told me to wait. She was in the back working on another client, ended up making me wait and extra 30 minutes so she could finish up a client that came in late. When she was finally able to work on me, I picked a nail color and she said she couldn’t find it. Really?! I looked and found it myself. I was obviously already frustrated at this point, but then she starts working on my dry cuticles, doesn’t soak them, and CUTS too much off my thumb until I started bleeding. No apology. Then she starts painting, very, very slowly. Maybe I wouldn’t have cared as much if I hadn’t already invested an hour of my time in this. Don’t expect a hand massage, but for her to just slab a bunch of oil on your hand and then tell you your done. The finished product — a throbbing thumb, scab, some uneven nails, and some paint has already chipped. The ONLY thing I did like was my nail color… glad I found it since there wasn’t many options to choose from.
She was not apologetic or respectful. Two hours later and I’m home — it was the longest manicure of my life and the worst one.

I can’t say how thankful I am for the owner being able to see me after I was late due to the time change. However she was Rude. She didn’t say a word to me because she was on the phone the whole time. The caller was on speaker the whole time. She gestured me anytime she wanted me to give her my other hand or finger. Nonetheless I scheduled an appointment on Sunday and even though I was an hour late; she was kind enough to see me. She took her time with both my manicure and pedicure. She wasn’t rushing although she had her next appointment show up near the end of my pedicure. Her shop is small and easy to find. It is unlike other shops and only sits one client at a time. It has a nice love seat while you wait. I gave her a tip and it was like whatever to her, it didn’t seem like she was appreciative of her clients.

My first time here and it was the best experience. I came in for shellac found a groupon special running for $ 12 and these ladies are perfectionist. They made sure my nails had no flaws. I would highly recommend this place call the shop and see what kind of specials they are running. Thank you Ladies. My nails are so pretty for my date night out tomorrow…

Its been a few years so I thought I should update my review since Li has made some major updates as well. Li has reinvested a lot in her business to update the décor of her salon and it has a very peaceful and pretty look to it now. She still does a great job on nails and hair removal and last time I got a facial from her she provided an upgraded experience with the soft spa music playing in the background. :-)
She still offers the absolute best prices in town and has special deals. through both Unilocal & Groupon. Go give her a try and see for yourself!

Lee is great! She has colored my hair for years and as I grew older, she helped me transition to my natural gray hair color. She tattooed color on my lips and eyeliner so my thin lips looked larger and my eyes needed little makeup. She has removed skin tags from my neck. I routinely get facials from Lee and my eyebrow waxed. She’s begun giving me «shellac» manicures that still look perfect 3 weeks later! She is remodeling her shop and now has a pedicure chair that is very comfy. The shop is looking BEAUTIFUL. Her prices are very affordable and her work is excellent. I highly recommend «Lee’s Total Body Care».

Lee is awesome, She always does great work. I have had many services there… haircuts, styling, ear piercing, manicure and pedicures, waxing. She does it all with professionalism. If you are looking for a massage chair pedicure, this is not the place for you. But if you want a good pedicure done with care… Lee is the best.

I have been going to Ly for 6 years. I’ve had consistently cute haircuts, great colors, thorough waxing, and relaxing facials.
She also does tattoo makeup, electrolysis, and nails.
Ly is a total sweetheart who does great work. The shop is clean, maybe not as upscale as some other places, but it’s very private because she is the only one in the shop and you always have the place to yourself. Also, the prices are very very reasonable.
I moved a while ago, but I still drive to see Ly from Manteca. She’s the best.
