Cheap quality products. Obnoxious and rude staff and specially the manager. Would not recommend anyone to waste time and money. My least favorite store so far. Never going back

Giving one star because i cant rate it any lower. Bought a pair of shoes. Went home. Realized that i took a size larger. Went back to the store. They refuse to exchange it saying the the shoes have been worn… Hadn’t taken the shoes out of the box!

The customer service here is unattentive. When we walk in the store they didn’t greet. After walking around the store for 15 min an employee asked us if we need help but didn’t introduce herself. The staffs here are friendly but needs to be more attentive. But the prices are decent was expecting to altitude cheaper since it’s an outlet store/

Friendly service gives it a 5 star rating, but almost a 4 star because of awkwardness. Just let me shop!

They have a ton of styles, but all the good ones are always sold out & the place can be a crowded mess at times. The workers are so swamped they barely have time to greet you or help you. The deals also aren’t that great, because I can find the same shoes online for cheaper without tax too.

The customer service at this store is crap, BUT they do have good prices, that’s for certain. I needed a pair of non-slip black work shoes for my new job at a restaurant, and I couldn’t find them anywhere else for the life of me. I agree with the other customers that you are treated like a shoplifter. I had the same guy ask me if I needed«any help» 3 times and continued to hover after. Like, wow. Could you be any more obvious? Unfortunately I didn’t have any other options as far as shoe shopping for these special shoes went. So when I get to check-out, I was about to step up to the cash register, but she informs me a gentleman was already there first. I look around and see him shopping for socks. Not only did he take forever, but in the time she made me wait, I could have finished my transaction and gone about my day. But nope. Also, their«Non-Slip» work shoes, ARENOT non-slip, even though they say they are. I was slipping around the kitchen at my job every time I walked on a wet spot. Although at the price I got them, I’m not surprised. Very disappointed.

Prepare to be treated like a shoplifter from the moment you set foot in this store. To note, I’ve never been ‘profiled’ as a shoplifter so I thought I was being overly self conscious about a retail clerk following me around… but then I turned a corner to sit on a bench to try something on, and the clerk literally ran around the corner to see where I was at. Awkward moment when the clerk’s face went from«panic» to «busted» when he realized that I realized what’s been going on. Needless to say, I put the shoe back on the shelf and walked out immediately. Apparently this type of ‘monitoring’ is common place at this particular FF location and is championed by the store manager. So in short, do yourself and the store a favor, support their efforts to prevent shrinkage by staying the hell away from their store inventory. I definitely won’t be going back there!
