First off I would like to say that Customer Service is not lost especially with my last experience at Sunglass Hut(Livermore Premium Outlets) with Ashley. I walked in during a quick lunch break with a concern she addressed it within 2 minutes and I was out within 8 minutes. I would like to take this time and Thank Ashley you are a gem of an employee. Professional and Efficient! Thanks Again Customer for Life!

Great selections of items to choose from. Prices are good! Nicole is great to work with. She is very friendly, spent time with me and answered all my questions. It was great to come to a store where the worker actually cared about her customers! Will continue to go back!

I’m not sure if I’m leaving the review for the right location but it was in the Livermore outlets my receipt says unit 1365 anyways what a great experience walked in on Black Friday and there was Luke to help me out very friendly found me a perfect pair of sunglasses and I saved half price

Don’t be fooled by this location being in the outlet mall; they have a lot of high end brands and a quality selection of sunglasses. I bought a pair of glasses and had some issues with them soon after. I needed to exchange the pair I had just purchased for an exact pair. I called every location closer to where I live to no avail and I finally decided to call the Livermore location even though I knew I had just bought the last pair. Brian, the store manager was so helpful and accommodating. Other locations directed me to just call other locations to check inventory. Brian checked the data base, checked his store and was not able to find a pair for me. He took down my information and told me he’d call around and try to hunt down a pair. In a few days he called me back and had a pair being sent from another location and kept them on hold for me when they arrived in Livermore. I was able to swap the damaged pair for the new ones without any trouble. A + service from a big box chain store is refreshing– thank you to Brian for making my shopping experience a positive one.

This review is for Josh who was the rep who helped us. Right away he welcomed us in the store even when he was helping someone else. He then came to us when his other customer left and started helping us out, trying to find the right size of the glasses I wanted. He was very knowledgeable with the glasses and gave his input with what looked nice. Also, Josh made great conversation with my boyfriend while I kept looking around, turns out, we all go to the same college! When I noticed that the store was going to close, he offered to let us stay and keep looking if we wanted. Thanks for your great customer service Josh!

Had a great experience with this store! they had the last pair of red RayBan sunglasses I wanted — since I wasn’t local, they helped my local store and did a Charge-Send transaction — just received the new glasses today and I love them! They are replacing an exact pair that I lost a few months ago. Dawna and Carlos were especially helpful! Thanks guys for the great customer service!

Kind of frustrated. I found a pair of glasses that I loved, but they were the last in stock. They cleaned them up for me, and I decided to purchase them. After we purchased, they removed the tag from them, and it pulled the paint off. They tried to re-order them, but we then lost our loyalty discount, because it had already been used and we «may» have to pay shipping charges. They were going to get in touch with us early the next week once they found them elsewhere, but haven’t called and it’s been 2 weeks. They tried like crazy to help us, but for some reason the Manager isn’t empowered to fix problems, and we all spent about 2 hours trying to resolve the issue. They gave us a lens cleaning kit to make up for losing our discount, but they actually subtracted that from the gift card they reimbursed us with. I took the card, ordered them online, and paid nothing for shipping. I think I’ll go back to the Stoneridge store if I want to shop in person.

Stopped by here twice within 3 days. My first visit was pleasurable. I walked in holding my 2lb pomeranian, Josh or Joseph I think his name is? told me they were very dog friendly and I could put my dog on the floor-thanks! As I was browsing he offered to «polish» the Versace shades that were on my face-thanks again! I asked if he could also tighten the screws-no problem! Awesome! After all, I did buy them at a Sungless Hut and they’re big on standing by their products. The second visit was not-so-pleasurable. I was actually in there to make a purchase or two. Not sure what the guy’s name is? But asking him for help was like trying to dance around a cactus… bummer! I asked him SEVERAL times for the cloth so I could wipe & clean the glasses I was interested in purchasing. he would not cough up the cloth, insisting each time that HE handle the cloth and clean the glasses… that was fine until he started wiping down the wrong sunglasses, and then I noticed he wasn’t doing the work as I would have done. Do these guys get commission? If so, I failed at my civic duty by giving business to the wrong sales person. :-/Sorry Joseph!
