Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service!!! Store refused to accept my return and told me I had to mail the shoes back. I use their postage /​shipping label, and they lose the return in the mail or their warehouse. Who knows? Certainly not them. A month, several emails, and phone calls later, I do not have the refund I am entitled to and now no shoes.

I love this bass shoe store more than the one at vacaville outlet. I had been here three times with good experiences. Staff was all friendly, polite and helpful. But the shoe size I was looking for was out of stock and had to change another color. Very comfortable to wear though!

Vallejo, CA
This is one of the BEST Bass outlets that I have been to. Not picked over and the outlet center is clean and well maintained. The staff was present but not very engaged with the customer. I was greeted once and then left to fend for myself, I know that outlet stores are not usually as helpful as a regular in-​line store, but when the store is empty and I am the only patron I expect a little attention and should not have to chase down the help for questions. Prices and selection was good overall and since I love Bass shoes I will be back.
