Todd did an absolutely fantastic job for us. It was right before the holidays and he was quick and efficient and very fair. I would absolutely recommend him again.

Our AC went out a few days ago and after calling 3 other companies without success — these companies never called me back — I finally reached Todd yesterday (Saturday). He said he can come out tomorrow (Sunday) at 7am. I even confirmed on the phone, tomorrow at 7am? Yes, he said. I sent him a text message with our info and I even said see you bright and early tomorrow! Perfect! … Well, not quite. My husband and I were waiting, and waiting, and waiting. 7:45am rolls around and I call him. He said he meant Monday morning at 7am. Well if you meant that, you should have said that! I can’t do business with someone who can’t even get their days of the week straight! So much for all the 5 stars. I don’t care how many stars a company gets, if your customer service sucks, then you don’t have my business.

Todd has done work for me in the past and just completed replacing my air conditioner and heater. I agree with the other reviewers. He is very personal, reliable and knowledgeable and I can give him the highest recommendation.

Todd is the most knowledgeable and competent Heating & Air conditioning guy I’ve met. He has replaced an old A/​C with a high-​efficient puron-​based Carrier A/​C at our previous home in 2009, and a high-​efficient Rheem Heating & A/​C system in the current home back in 2012. His quotes were very reasonable and installation typically takes him about a day with excellent workmanship. I recently had to call him for maintenance of the unit at my rental which didn’t output cold enough air in A/​C mode anymore. He made it a priority to meet with me asap and diagnose the issue, which he was able to resolve during that same visit. I can highly recommend working with Todd who is honest, trustful and sincere and won’t try to talk you into anything you don’t want or need.
