iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod and iPad Repair

Expected this to be a really cool service…
I tried there online option on Sunday. After many text strings that made no sense or netted no response. I gave up on that option and called, eventually got a nice guy «Weston» who said he could totally help fix my cracked screen and scheduled an appt for Tues at 9am (he apologized and said it was busy until then) I agreed and said that would not be a problem.
930 Tuesday morning no one had showed up, so I called Weston and was sent to voicemail. Never received a call or text back… very annoying. Checked my email and was sent an email that said there were no reps in my neighborhood… Not a «hey we can’t make it this morning» email… An email stating no reps in my neighborhood. So I wrote the support to allow them to fix this issue (just someone fix my phone thats all i care about) and still nothing…
So in my opinion this is a business based on customer service; and well there is none. If you can’t make it call or text and let your customer know, its literally that easy. The emails and texts you send only add to my frustration as the message being sent doesn’t even match the situation so your general ability to communicate anything of worth is absent.

We had a very bad experience here. My nanny dropped off my iPad and iPhone to be repaired and were told five days in a row they would fix the crack screens and they would be ready the next day. We use these items diligently around the house for communication, homework and during the week when I have to work my son and daughter do homework on it. The communication was horrible, we were mis lead and five days later they both were still not fixed. I paid my nanny time and gas to get nothing fixed and am beyond disappointed with them. Do not go to this place. Horrible experience.

gratitude is mine when my silly little phone had some issue and I was a little tired of a phone not working right after it was dropped off the coffee table. a nice knowledgeable tech came to me and fixed loose components and now phone works just fine
