Just moved in 3 months ago, I love it here! Very quiet, clean, and secure. The girls in the office are always so helpful and sweet, especially Kali. So far, no complaints. My apartment is spacious and gorgeous!

Very expensive lesson I read the other reviews about issues when moving out and they are all true right down to picking and choosing who they charge what. My carpet was poorly installed and due to vacuuming it had areas where the rack strip was exposed not like my 8 pound dog would do that damage as he would have gotten injured! My neighbor burned a hole in her rug and was told not to worry about it they were replacing the rug anyway me on the other hand they are charging! It was my mistake that I did not tell them however I doubt it would matter I have since met other people that had a similar issue. I am still not sure why I should pay for a shitty install job so now it’s in collection! The place wasn’t that nice take your money elsewhere!

Jean I have called the office several times. I just don’t want to complain anymore especially about someone walking in their own apartment or the noise of a car moving out of the tenants garage. I have 4 months to go and looking forward to moving.

Nice apartments but deposit is $ 230 per person! I was not aware of this and tried to get my sister’s money back since we both were not willing to pay $ 230 each just for application fees(that did not include first months rent!). They ignored our phone calls and emails when we asked to speak to the director to try and get the $ 230 back!

First the pros: Things look nice here; it’s aesthetically pleasing, I mean. The property is clean and feels«happy.» They have a nice pool and some good amenities, my personal favorite being the free on-site carwash. The apartments are pretty new and are in great shape; no question about that. The cons: Don’t rent here if there’s even the slightest possibility that you’ll lose your job, your spouse will lose theirs, or that your baby will be born massively premature causing you to not even be able to live at the apartment for over 50% of your lease term. Doesn’t matter to them. No «ability» to work with you to either get you out of the lease earlier(even if you offer to find them another tenant FOR them) or offer a payout of a reduced rate. They claim«Corporate» has their hands tied which isn’t entirely true since my wife has been a property manager as well; if it is true, I’d recommend the property managers find different work because they’re getting used as pawns. They’ll threaten an eviction and won’t hesitate to follow through if you don’t pay. You’re just a number and a paycheck to them. I had to take out a loan to pay the last month of our lease so they wouldn’t evict us and screw over our credit for buying a home. Bottom line: Is the property nice: Yes. Did I enjoy living there: Yes. Would I recommend friends there: It’s possible, but only for a 6-month lease MAX and even then make sure to have money saved up in case life happens.
