Store was clean and organized. Hard to find anyone if you need something however. For the most part these stores are organized in a logical fashion and keep decent hours for when I need something«right now» during a DIY project that inevitably goes awry.

The store always seems to be pretty neat and organized and when the plants come in in the spring/summer/fall and at least know that they will have some slightly different options than their competitors located nearby. I always find the people here at this location to be really helpful and very courteous and I really can’t say how the evil that is in a big box store. The store seems to have maintained a consistency and where items are located so I don’t have to try to figure out where things move to as the seasonal area is always with the seasonal area and so on. That is helpful because you do not have to search for the item that you thought you knew where it was located and it has been moved because of display rearranging.

This place is alright. There never seems to be anyone to help when it comes to customer service. Went in to find paint and the guy behind the counter wasn’t very friendly and seemed to be too busy. Place is so large too it’s a hike just to get a few things.

Ordered an outdoor sofa online, and received a confirmation email that the sofa would be ready for pick-up at this store the next day. I drove 15 minutes to get to the store, went to customer service, and was told that my order had been cancelled. What? You can just cancel my order? And you can do it without telling me? Making me waste time driving out here for no reason? Done with you Lowe’s. I’ll now be taking all my business to Home Depot and Ace. I would be upset that I wasted a 10% off coupon, but since I don’t plan on shopping at Lowe’s at any point in the near future I’m good.

«F» rating: Failure to honor extended protection plans and provide LEGITIMATE, HONEST service on a washer I’ve owned less than two years. I purchased a 4 yr «protection» plan. Fabricating lies to bilk customers out of protection plans while Whirlpool knowingly installed defective bearings which fly apart and cause major damage. No known recall exists. FACTS.

Adequate, nothing great. Went on Friday evening to buy a grill. Had to wait like 20 minutes after going to customer service desk to ask for assistance, I get that. They had to go in back and find the grill and bring it out another 20 – 25 minutes, I get that too. What really would have been nice is an offer to lift this 200 pound grill into the back of our pick up truck. Hubby and I loaded it but next time I’ll probably spend my $ 900 elsewhere where employees might consider assisting a customer.

Horrible service. Placed an internet order and received 2 emails and a phone call that it was ready. Go to the store and only half the order was there. I was sent to chase it down. No managerial presence or involvement despite having to wait 30 minutes to resolve. Should of been grab and go. Avoid this location.

Hoping to find a patio set, but the selection was pretty picked over. I saw that they had some plants and mulch on sale, but that wasn’t what we were looking for. Perhaps this place will serve us better during another visit!

We have been here about 8 times now in the last few weeks since we moved into our new-to-us home. We’ve done paint and flooring, and it’s about 50⁄50 with employees that have a lot of knowledge, and employees that need more training. We had our flooring order taken by Cecilia, who was very helpful. Then we had them come out and measure, and that was just fine. We came in on a Saturday night to place our order, and between three people at the counter, and Cecilia over the phone, our changes couldn’t be processed(color and removal of the line item for carpet removal since we’d already done that). We had to come back again the next day to have someone else do it. One of the department managers was there and he was very apologetic and even said«We have failed you,» which I thought was a little dramatic, but it was true I suppose. The guys in paint that I’ve met with have been knowledgeable and great, but my husband hasn’t had the same experience. We also just ordered trim, casing, and crown molding. The order delivery was never put into the system on their end, so we expected it on a Tuesday and got nothing. We called to get it scheduled and had it come out the next day. They brought the wrong crown molding and a lot of the other pieces were dinged up(we bought the MDF molding which I understand is easy to ding). My husband sent back almost half of the pieces, and when he called the store again to confirm the delivery, they said they had enough pieces in stock for us, but they were counting the ones we had just returned. So, at some point I imagine we’ll get what we ordered. And, to top it all off, we’re in the system for MyLowe’s about 9 times and no one can seem to clean us down to 1 account. Overall, their product selection is great, the store is clean, yada yada, and we’ll probably continue to go back, but so far our special orders have been a little sketchy. I’m kind of concerned for our carpet delivery and installation, but we’ll see how that turns out.
