Just wanted to shout out to the team there… They were super friendly and helpful when I was misinformed about a drink there. It is so nice to see people that care in this industry.

Still incompetent even a year later. Staff aren’t trained at all. The manager was the only person there capable. Everyone else needed told detailed instruction on how to complete a simple task.

ZEROSTARS !! 20 minutes for 2 cold burgers, hard cold fries, and fresh onion rings.!? When I asked one of the 6 workers why so long? He said that they’re short staffed ! I so” I’m the only customer in here and there’s 6 of you !” «you’re not short staffed«you should have been able to do 20 orders in the time that you did one !» He apologized and gave me a couple of 6 month old rocks that he called cookies. He said all of their food is made fresh. Maybe that morning !! The only thing fresh were the onion rings. The rest was cold and terrible ! Very very bad. I’ll never go back, and if you’re reading this. Thank me now. Don’t go.

This location is right by my house, so over the last year I have been there maybe 5 times. Each returning trip I try to give them the benefit of the doubt that I’ve had a rare bad experience — but I have yet to have a GOOD experience, or even decent. Even with a small order they have me proceed through the drive thru and park out front to wait for my meal. The average wait is about 15 minutes for mediocre food. The staff members do not seem to recognize that they are performing below standard because there is never an apology or any type of courtesy.

If you’re reading the reviews… mine isn’t even necessary. Everyone else has brought this point home –DO. NOT. EAT. HERE. 10min to make one kids burger and a coney dog. Kids meal was fine, hot dog was so old and dry it was like an inedibly hard slim jim.

The man who took my order was nice, however I feel he lacked the proper training. After taking my payment he proceeded to make my sandwich himself with no food grade gloves on and without washing his hands. He microwaved the bread which tells me it was stale to begin with. When he brought me my food as nice as I could I asked for a refund and told him why. He went to the manager who came out with a FOUL attitude and said«just the chicken little» I said«yes» and that I felt he should have wore gloves, she ignored me and denied me a response, gave me the refund and left without ever saying another word. This place was so filthily, my shoes stuck to the floor when I walked! Poor, poor management! I wouldn’t return to this location if the food was free!

We decided to purchase KFC as a treat for ourselves after years of King Soopers Chester chicken. Drive through order was served quickly which should have been a signal. At home the chicken was very dry and apparently nobody told the restaurant staff what the 11 secret spices and flavorings are because this meat did not have any flavor beyond dry chicken. Sorry Colonel, back to Chester. And, of course, at half the price.

horrible service and they are not nice, they will give you food that has been sitting there for hours if you don’t pay attention to what she repeated to you. She said I told you what I repeated didn’t you hear me. they said no or else I would have said I want hot wings not hot pop or what ever she said I ordered. they gave me hot wings that had been under the lamps for 10 hours. was so mad and did not go back or will go back.

I visited this KFC and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I had no idea I’d receive the free entertainment! When I went in, the place was quite busy, and I joined a line of 3 or 4 parties. The customers were so grumpy! A little old lady and her husband were in front of me. She asked«How long would it take to make me a hotdog?» The cashier replied«A little while.» She immediately followed up with, «Well what is the quickest thing you can give me?» He replied«A pot pie.» For reasons that are unknown to me, she was disgusted by this response. «Oh no! That’s not good enough! We’ll go elsewhere!» Off they went; the cashier apologizing(I’m not sure what for) as they stormed out. I then placed my order, took a seat, eagerly awaiting the next customer’s issues. Two customers later, once again a guy got angry«I want to see your manager! I want his email address! You people are always getting my order wrong!» etc etc. I’m really not sure what generates this anger. This location is a little upmarket, so maybe the locals think they are attending a more luxury establishment. By now I was munching on my chicken(which was fine by the way, standard KFC quality) and really enjoying the show. What impressed me was the patience of the staff. They weren’t rude, they weren’t short. They humbly apologized, and attempted to offer suggestions to solve the customer’s problem. Kudos to them. It looks like a VERY tough job. I know I couldn’t do it.

Worst service ever. The girl behind the counter named Shannon was rude and clearly didn’t want to help us. When she finally went to the register she gave us attitude the whole time. She was a snot and I do NOT recommend visiting this KFC.

Something happened here and the quality of food is gone. Last few visits have just been horrible. I came in for a late dinner around 8PM and there were no customers in sight yet the employees rushed out my order. The food was literally inedible and the manager could have cared less. Good fast food has nothing to do with speed… It is really disappointing to see people care so little about the performance of their work. I will not be visiting this location any time soon.

Interesting, fellow Unilocalers have rated this KFC poor, but every time my family has visited, we’ve had a good meal and great service. Take tonight for instance, even though they messed up on the mashed potatoes, Melanie(the girl behind the counter), was very apologetic and fixed it right away. I feel kinda silly ringing the bell by the door but I am giving a good score on Unilocal

Chicken was raw in the middle in our first meals. Brought them back and received two more. This time only one of the meals contained raw chicken. The inside is one of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve ever been into. Surprised it hasn’t been shutdown.

OK … No real surprise here, not the best meal I’ve eaten lately(thank heavens!) One thing I would like to note is the ridiculously slick tile flooring they used throughout the restaurant. Granted we walked in just after a rain storm, but good Lord someone’s gonna faceplant! Yep, this is an update HOURS later… and two wings convinced my stomach to NEVER do this again.
