Okay the bitch that was behind the counter needs to get another job, she was rude, and grouchy and I wasn’t gonna put up with her shit. This woman, told me why I was looking at the menu in the rudest manner, rudly asked me «Uhm, CAN I HELPYOU??» Like I’m looking at the menu, ontop of that shit, I stood at the cash register for 10 minutes for her to actually take my order because she wouldn’t turn around I said excuse me like 5 times. She should get fired. Because she sucks at her job, as well as the food tastes awful, except the fries, and pancakes

This location is awful. It’s hit or miss with the type of customer service you will receive, there are two employees that are great, but the rest are awful. This location is ALWAYS hiring which should be an indicator right there to stay away. We have continued to come to this location since it is 5 minutes from our house, but tonight was the last straw. I want don’t to start off by saying that their shake machine will be down 8⁄10 times, especially if it’s around 5:00. The same happened tonight. The guy taking our order through the drive thru was less than thrilled at being bothered. I realize this isn’t a 5 star restaurant but there is no reason to huff and puff while taking someone’s order. I ordered a whopper with cheese, no onion or pickle. What I got was a whopper with cheese on the BOTTOM bun and of course the onions and pickles were present and it was dripping in mayo. This is the first time I’ve had a whopper served to me this way. Unacceptable! I should have returned it, but I was already home and didn’t want to go back and was pretty sure it would be an effort wasted. There is just something off with the way this place operates. I’m not sure how this location is still in business. Next time we are craving BK we will make the 3 mile drive down the road to the location on Broadway. The employees have been friendlier and our food has been correct and not sloped together.

I am not mad… just disappointed. Well actually, I am quite furious. My outrage begins at another location across town. Due to a lack of competence and failure to communicate proper closing procedure, I had to make the perilous journey across town through harsh weather conditions to this farce of a location. For starters, we were deceived in cold blood by the other location’s lack of communication on the subject of lobby closing times. Despite the website stating that the closing time is at 11:00PM, we discovered that we had been FOOLED and that the lobby closes at 10PM, an HOUR before the stated closing time. In a fit of rage and utter disappointment, I rushed to the next closest location having pure faith in the lord that we would be able to eat in the lobby as the website stated. UNFORTUNATELY, much to my disappointment, this lobby was barred from service as well. Tears began to well up in my eyes, as I made the sharp left turn into the drive thru lane. Due to adverse weather conditions(the front window was frozen shut), and a broken rear window, the order was placed with the driver’s door ajar. The order placement went off without a hitch, except the employee(to my suprise) did not know what CokeLeDun was. I order this every time I am at other locations and everyone knows exactly what I am talking about. Anyways, the currency exchange occured in a normal fashion(apart from the open door), and we received our food 1 minute after closing. Excited to eat we transferred the contents of our bags onto the table and began to eat the fries, only to discover that they were not salted in the least. We even observed the incompetent employee fry these fries improperly. I quickly called BK to notify them of the lack of NaCl(sodium chloride) on my fries. They asked me what I wanted them to do as if it is my fault that there was no salt on them. I do not have salt at my house and I suggested that I could return to the burger king to have them salt my fries. The woman hastily replied in a rude connotation that«WEARECLOSED» and there is nothing they could do. Okay, whatever. NEXT I opened my BK king burger to discover that it only had 1 patty(supposed to be 2 patties) FOLDEDINHALF at the bottom. Immediately I called the BK back and let the woman know of this issue. She said she would speak with the«gentleman in the kitchen». When I suggested that I return to the location to have her cut the massive folded patty in half to even out the burger, she again let me know it was closed and that she was unable to do anything about the issue. The only propsal she made was that she could«do me at another time». I can only say that I am not suprised this location consistenly gets 1 star reviews. After such a tragic event I can only hope that someday I can muster the emotional integrity to forgive the Burger King corporation for their lack of knowledge in the culinary arts. Farewell BK. Dad and I went here for lunch today. It was not good. The service was slow and at to 2 in the afternoon they had to fill the shake machine so my dad could get a shake so it took ten minutes to get the shake. Don’t go there the salad had no taste.

Made the mistake of returning to this location just to be let down again. Waited in the drive through for 10 min with only one car in front of me just to get my order wrong. There is something off with how this location operates. Save your self the time and aggravation of bad food by driving the extra 2 miles to a different BK.
