The staff at this store went above and beyond in finding my misplaced package! UPS Corporate(the ones that deliver and run the Little Rock Hub) and drop-off/Access Points are NOT associated in anything other than name. I came in this store with a lot of beef toward the driver that refuses to leave packages and with UPS corporate whom I have been dealing with over the phone for the past month. I quickly realized that this independently owned store is just as frustrated with the new InfoNotice systems and we were experiencing a lot of the same problems. The owner, Carol, and another employee, Kim, went above and beyond to help me find a package that had been mislabeled by the sender then dumped off at their store by the driver after only 1 attempt at my door. They got me in touch with someone at UPS corporate and we figured out the issue. Carol also spent some time with me to help resolve further issues and how to possibly avoid them in the future. Keep up the good work!

Holy cow the people who work here are RUDE! They talked to me an other customers like we were idiots. One of the UPS ladies was trying to copy one thing for an older man(after telling him she was charging him double be her black and white copiers were broken) started swearing at the machine. Thanks, but I’ll take my business elsewhere!
