I have been a regular at the UPS Store in the Heights for over 2 years. I had a side business and originally chose them as an alternative to a PO Box. Vince (the owner) and the rest of the staff are great and very accommodating! And I was surprised how economical having a box at the UPS store is!
I no longer have my side business but I have kept my box at the store because it is so darn convenient. I get a text message when I receive a package, and they sign for it and keep it safe for me until I pick it up.
Also it’s like having a virtual office. There is a customer computer (for a fee — reasonably priced) that is easy to use. I can send faxes, make copies, print, email, and ship on the go! It really helps me when I am on a deadline or meeting with clients away from my main office in Conway.
I highly recommend this UPS store and team!

The staff at the UPS store in the Heights is friendly and so incredibly proficient and professional!!! These folks have held my hand and helped me ship some extremely fragile items. Everything they have helped me ship has been received in a timely manner… and in one piece! I have used this location for a myriad of important tasks — packaging, shipping, printing, and faxing. They have made each experience a simple pleasure, always attentive to help customers get things done properly and expediently! I can not say enough good things about the UPS store on Taylor!!! I am an extremely satisfied return customer and will use them again and again!
