The mannerism at this store is the worst ever. No greeting when you walk in. Associates literally frown at you when you stand in line just to wait. Also don’t try and apply. One thing I learned about FedEx is, even when theyre short on staff and struggle all through the year with customer work load they still won’t hire you. I have even called to speak with the hiring manager two weeks after applying countless of times but the associate would go to get him but after waiting 15min the hiring manager was always on a call. In addition it’s September and as I called that morning I called while in the store and saw for myself that the hiring manager was not on a call and simply evaded my effort to get hired. I visited this store multiple times and within the week there are only two associates working. The hiring manager himself Justin and another lady associate who looks right at you but doesn’t speak or Greet, instead stares, no matter if she isn’t busy herself or if the line has only one person ahead. Zero communication, no explanation of what you’re purchasing and the terms of or returning, all they want is for you to leave.

When I recently visited this store location I immediately noticed how understaffed it was. Only one person was working at the front desk location and there was a pretty long line. However after about a 5 min wait I was in the front of the and my order was processed quickly. When I came back the next day for pickup the work was flawless and I was very satisfied.

So horrible! I stood in line for 25 minutes as the next person in line! The people behind me finally gave up. No one ever made eye contact with me or said they’d be right with you or apologized or anything. Go downtown. It’s worth the trip!

I utilize this location quite a bit, since it is close to home. If you are making your own copies or sending your own fax, you can expedite these tasks from the self-serve stations fairly quickly. But, I you need the staff to make copies, ship or do anything else for you, expect it to take longer than you planned. The staff is helpful and courteous, but they aren’t very proactive, not very proficient multitasking with more than one client and are painfully slow. The staff does not seem to embody a «do whatever it takes to help the clients» mentality either. On several occasions I have been waiting for copies And in alone of customers, while the lady at the shipping desk is just standing there. Conversely, the staffs at all of the different UPS locations seem to run rings around this staff and exhibit an earnest desire to help anyone who walks through the door! Ergo, if and when I have a big shipping job, I drive the longer distance to the UPS store!
