My husband and I are addicted to this place. It’s very reasonably priced and the ladies remember you. Would defiantly recommend this location for GOOD food. Southern comfort at its best.

I wandered in here on the brink of starvation. A really sweet girl asked me what I was having. I had breakfast, so I can;t speak to other menu. I ordered a sausage egg biscuit and waited briefly while the young lady prepared it. It’s a bit of an assembly line of ingredients kept warm on a steam table, but the egg was cooked fresh to order. It looks like the breakfast sandwich you would make at home on a Saturday when you have nothing but time. It really hit the spot.
The folks here ere really polite and seem to enjoy their work. I would definitely come in again for a quick bite. It is perfect for those who want breakfast, but also want to shop and walk the market.

A workable spot for Southern food if you are at the River Market. Lots of options and sides, though it is very expensive for not being made to order ($ 9 – 12 with tax). I’d say the quality is merely above average but the prices are the same as South on Main (which is superb quality) so I can’t give more than 3 stars.
Service is fast and friendly– you’ll get your food in 2 mins or so, which is convenient, but the food isn’t destination-​worthy by any means.

Southern soul food at its finest. If you are dieting, do not eat here. If you are looking for the most awesome southern comfort food available in downtown little rock, than you need to stop by. The staff is super nice, portions are great, and the flavor… Holy cow!

Any time I need a quick delicious meal downtown I go here. THE Ladies are sweet and friendly. Prices are inexpensive and you can pick what you want off the buffet or pick a regular menu item. They make all their veggies without meat which is a plus.

Horrible place. Waited in line 15 minutes to get to counter and have the least friendly lady in the world tell me I can’t sale you anything we are now closed. Don’t ever go here.

Sweet Soul is one of my favorite places to eat in the River Market, especially when I feel like some soul food. The place serves plenty of southern classics like Fried Chicken, cornbread, catfish, etc.
I normally get the Chicken Sandwich there and it is phenomenal due to how big it is compared to the bun. Cornbread is also a must if you feel like getting something extra.
