Had to wait almost 20 minutes for my food even though the place was empty. While waiting I saw the staff repeatedly look at a guy wanting to order and turn around because they didn’t want to work the register. There was also a girl walking through the line on her cell phone who ignored the guy as well. Then then she came back from her phone call she fixed her hair right beside the grill and the put on gloves and started making shakes WITHOUTWASHINGHERHANDS! Then with her gloves on she was scratching her face and used those same gloves to continue making customers orders, all still without washing her hands. Also this place is just extremely talented at making fries both burnt, and soggy at the same time.

Fresh great burgers and Fresh cut fries. The food is very tasty and we both are every bit of it. There’s a surprising lack of good burgers in the little rock area but this is one of them. Of note is that they can prepare burgers low carb without the bun and they have free wifi. Will definitely be going back

I decided to try a new place today, and it was a horrible experience. I ordered food from Mooyah-Kanis on the online system. I was very excited, because the pictures were enticing. I placed an order for 11:15am just after they opened. I walked into the establishment, and it seemed very clean. I was the first order of the day. They were prompt, and the food was hot! So far so good. Once I returned home, I realized that my order was wrong. I called the place back, and they offered to make the sandwich again. I told them no, because it was an inconvenience to drive back. Not to mention the Hispanic guy tried to argue with me regarding the order. I’m sorry with three employees present, and being their first order nothing should be wrong. I tried to continue to eat after the call, and then I realized there was a blonde hair in my sandwich. That was it, I called them back and took them the sandwich. They remade the sandwich, but now my fries at home were cold. This equals trash, because once they cool off they are worthless. I was very nice when I returned, and since I believe in second chances I tried to give them one. I even pointed out that what I ordered was on my email receipt, their register receipt, but not on the cook’s printout. There is an obvious problem that needs to be addressed with the printer system. I tried to tell the Hispanic employee, but he didn’t understand and my Spanish is limited. After this entire fiasco I’m turned off. My time was wasted, my money was wasted, the burger was severely greasy, and I won’t be back. They have the potential to have a great product, but some retraining needs to be done with the employees. If I had the ability to give negative stars I would. They need a manager on duty, and also better customer service. When you screw up you should make it right. Something for my inconvenience, a soda, a shake, something free next visit or something. Curious how long they will be in business with this type of product presentation.

Burgers are huge and wonderful. We had cheeseburgers on wheat buns and shared one order of fries. They have a large variety of burger toppings. And the shakes are creamy and sinfully delicious. I would give them 4 stars, but the atmosphere isn’t the greatest. The place was cold. And the counter help wasn’t very friendly either. Need to have an onsite manager to talk with customers and show that you appreciate our business.

Came in tonight@ 846pm. Sign said that they close@9. Even though this site Says 10 The guy took our order. He appeared agitated every time I asked a question. So me and kids sat down and waited for our food. Then they came to the front locked the doors. Turned off the open sign and turned off the tv. THEN They called our number. I though it was odd Since were the only 1 in the restaurant they usually bring it to us. My daughter goes to get the food they tell her we had to leave that they were closed. I knew it was cutting it close. But they were down right rude. thdy them turned off the lights on us. I said wat the hell are u not going to allow my family to eat? They said well the ticket said it was to go. I say we were eating in. AND I TOLDHIM that… I WASTOO Heated BY then… The Little Girl SAIDTHATMY Mgr SAIDYOUCAN stay. . I said nooo I will leave. I will just report to the higher ups… the she said we will let you stay. It was just a misunderstanding. I told get that was fine. We gathered our things and left. Not O center did the so called team lead or Mgr come out to apologize! Horrible experience !

A absolutely excellent burger! As good as, or better, than burgers that cost twice as much. Can even get it wrapped in lettuce for those who are carb conscious. They have about every possible option you can think of for your burger. Highly recommend!

It was good! Meat seemed fresh, not frozen. Bun was nice. Natural fries were great. This is my review. I don’t need to add anything to it. My review is that it was a nice burger.

I thought Mooyah was interesting. Hamburgers get more reviews from me than anything due to their abundance but each place has their own take on the classic. The first thing I noticed was being confused at the ordering but the young lady at the front desk asked me if I’d been there before then explained the ordering process. As I filled out my card I couldn’t help but think, «why don’t other places do this?» I want lettuce, onions, mustard, pepperjack cheese… Done! Just tell em what you want. Completely different customized burger experience. The fries were hand cut and salted Very well as I like them. I’m unsure if Mooyah’s is spreading and there was no drive through that I remember but I’d eat here again.

I like being able to pick which items go on my burger. I love the natural cut fries too. Those milkshakes are awesome, my wife loves the peanut butter banana. We got our order to go but it was really quick and they make the fries fresh when you get there. It only took about 3 minutes and I was out the door. Not many people dining in the place but plenty of TV’s for the game.

I was really excited to see this chain make it to Little Rock. The expirience is definatly different from what you would expect when getting a burger. Before you order, you have to fill out you order card, which can take some time and it does confuse new comers. Staff was friendly. My burger was good and had a nice fresh veggie compliment, but it wasn’t spectacular. The regular fries are ok, but the sweet potato fries are some of the best I have had. Expect to leave with greasy hands, even after you use several napkins. Overall, there are better burger joints and I am not sure how long this will stick around as it doesn’t stand out.
