My husband is a Hilton honors diamond member, and we stayed here on a trip through Arkansas a few days ago. I would give them more than 5 stars, if possible. A++++!!! in every way. Air conditioner was great, plenty of towels and pillows, spotless — very clean room, staff helpful and friendly. Great experience in every way — and my husband is on the road a lot, and I’ve traveled enough with him to really appreciate a good hotel. We’ve stayed in much more expensive hotels that didn’t provide the quality that this one did. Even the pastries were fresh and flaky — I’ve never eaten as fresh a pastry at a hotel breakfast. The cooked to order breakfast was fresh –eggs, bacon, etc. Even the lobby bathroom had higher quality disposable products! I will book this hotel from now on when my husband travels through here.

I stayed at another Hilton property close by and asked to leave because of the hotel room being dirty. I moved to this Hilton Garden inn! What a difference this hotel stay was almost perfect. My room was super clean the guest service agents were very nice. I had one issue I ate dinner there the first night and they only had 1 bartender and 1 cook. A lot of people all came at once and they were overwhelmed. My Chicken took over an hour, it was really good. The poor lady that was the bartender appeased everyone even though they were pissed. Management should give her a promotion she handled a really stressful situation well. Any way great hotel you have my business when I a m in Little Rock

Friendly staff, Clean and comfortable rooms, quiet location. This will be my new home when I travel to Little Rock. The only negative I have is the elevators need cleaned.

Friendly service. Everybody goes above and beyond to make sure your visit is perfect. I would definitely stay here again. A nicely appointed place.

Room was nice and clean. People at desk were very polite and nice as they could be. Place still looks new. Only complaint was sofa in room was uncomfortable but how long does anyone sit on sofa anyway?

I visited this hotel and loved every minute of my stay. First, the front desk clerk was awesome. Very accommodating and helpful. Since this was my family’s first visit to the city I needed help finding my way around. They recommended good places to eat as well as a good place to take my kids for outdoor fun. The Esse Purse Museum was great for me and the museum of Discovery was great for my kids, they really enjoyed it. All in all the staff at the hotel was the reason my family had a great stay in Little Rock. Without their attention to detail our visit would have been lack luster. Thank you staff of the Hilton Garden Inn, Your Fantastic!

Very new property that is very clean. The staff is very kind and remind you how Hilton staff should be. The bar and restaurant are very nice. Parking is secure. Only bone I have to pick with them is that they don’t have a jacuzzi with their pool.

All brand new everything. The price in in line with Hampton inn and they offer up 750 Hilton points per stay or the option to 2X the point with special packages. The weight room has 2 tread mills, 2 cross trading machines and selected free weights. The pool is small but also indoors for year round access. Free parking is a big plus too.
