Applebee’s

My wife and I ate at Applebee’s today for the first time in a couple of years. After we sat down, I checked in on Unilocal and read the reviews, all of which gave one-​star ratings. This didn’t exactly bolster my expectations of a decent meal.
We arrived at 11:30am on a Tuesday, and were quickly seated at a table where a waiter-​in-​training greeted us. He was obviously new, but was personable and gave a good effort, including keeping our drink glasses full. My wife ordered the Crispy Brewhouse Chicken, and I got the Quesadilla Burger with onion rings instead of fries.
The food was delivered timely and was hot and fresh. Everything was tasty except for the onion rings, which were bland. They have installed consoles at the table that allow you to review your bill right there. This was quite handy for us because my wife was in a bit of a hurry. I paid with cash, including a good tip, and we took off.
Both of us were very satisfied with our lunch and would gladly go again. The only thing I would do differently is pass on the onion rings. The cost to substitute for them is 25 cents per ring, and definitely NOT worth it.

Have eaten at this location many times since opened. OK at first but lately has severely declined in service and food quality. Ate recently and bad experience. Seated promptly but server acted as if she just did not want to work. Sighed heavily while taking drink orders then disappeared 20 minutes before returned with drinks. Again sighed heavily while taking food orders. Brought my 11 year old sons order out 20 minutes before our order. When querried about this stated” that’s how we do it.”. Have never had his food brought early unless requested. Then my wife and waited another 20 minutes for our sandwiches. And they were brought out by the manager. Had not seen server since placing order. Sandwiches were soggy and onion soup cold. Later had to get managers attention to get drink refills as still had not seen server only saw her when brought check and paid tab. Very well may not return as this has been our experiences lately at this store.

Can’t give a zero rating (I would give it a negative 5) THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE! ! Food was inedible; ordered artichoke/​spinach dip, it was cold and watery. House salad, dressing was rancid and warm. Fiesta lime chicken, rice was RAW chicken was rubber and greasy! Absolutely horrible! Will never darken their doorstep again!

I am a fan of Applebee’s, but this location is consistently dirty and has super poor food quality. Do not eat here. Go to North Little Rock if you want Applebee’s, or try another place like Faded Rose, BJ’s, or anything at the Promenade. This place is terrible.

We were 5. We went there at 11:50pm we waited 40 mins for them to clean our booth but no one showed up to cleaned it so u just left with no dinner that night because it was already late by the time we left and all the other restaurants were already closed.

My family & I went here for their drink & ½ price app specials at 9 PM. We got there at 8:57PM, & told our waiter we were there for the specials. He put our drink order in just in time to charge us full price. In addition, we were charged full price for some apps. When we questioned it, we were told that the info was on our table, and when we checked, there was NO info on our table about excluding some apps. We have visited other Applebee’s several times & were not charged full price for the same apps. the manager & server refused to do anything about it. In addition, a very sketchy crowd of customers were at this location, so I highly recommend that you dine at any of the great other restaurants in this area. There are too many great dining options in the area to put up with horrible customer service.

Hostess brought my family to a table and the table was dirty, food crumbs and soda puddles. It completely disgusted me. The waitress didn’t bother to wipe and I had to tell her to do it. (Absolutely no tip)
I ordered savory cedar salmon, it didn’t look appealing. The potatoes were unseasoned, the asparagus were over-​charred, and the salmon was pretty tiny in size.
