I came in at About 2am looking for a room. Were driving from CA to NC, I waited maybe 10 min for someone to come to the front desk, we asked for one room for 2 people. The guy said they only had one room and it was a smoking room being that we were SUPER tired me took it. Im not a smoker, it smelled SOOO bad :/but whatever we just wanted to sleep. The room was nothing special but i didn’t expect much, it was $ 85 ! over all it was ok, there was one small soap in our room. No shampoo, no conditioner, no lotion etc… but it did have clean sheets, AC, etc OK spot !

This hotel is one of he best La Quinta hotels I have ever stood in. My little family and I enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and available when I needed a crib. The bedsheets were clean and our room was spotless. I am very picky and can be hard to please and must I say I was impressed with this hotel. The location was excellent there is a ton on places to eat close by and of walking distance. There is a Outback Stake House next to this hotel. Free continental breakfast was included, like waffles, pancakes, coffee and pastries. Everything was yummy. There is also an amazing pizza restaurant close by check out ZAZA’s.

Nice and clean room. Very comfortable bed. I am traveling with two dogs and making my way from Atlanta to los angeles. I have been staying at la quintas along the way. This is one of the nicest ones so far. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room has been updated nicely. Much nicer than the one in fort Smith.

There is so much positive to say I don’t even know where to start. Being co-pilot my responsibilities include locating all necessary things during travel and I spent a couple hours investigating properties once I was reasonably certain we would meet our travel goal of Little Rock. Tons of options– few unavailable but most available for our one night stay. Bigger issue was pet friendly since we have our furriest child with us. Wasn’t looking for luxury but good ratings especially cleanliness was a requirement. The tangle comes with the fact that although pet friendly many properties charge anywhere from $ 20-$ 50 for the pet for the night in addition to the routine rate. Then there is the weight restrictions and I found anywhere from 20# to 50# or less a few times. Although I absolutely understand all of this isn’t it amazing that there are rare exceptions to all this and LaQuinta is one of those. No addl. fees for up to 2 pets per family. For Dogs; They need to be non aggressive, on a leash in all public areas and crated if left unattended in the room. Specific to this excellent property from my online booking experience to a quick confirmation to get a question answered via phone the customer service was spot on. Check in, conducted by Tavia was pleasant, efficient and professional and as soon as she spoke I knew she was also the sweet voice on the line that had answered my question. I believe the manager was on site in an office just behind the front desk and we had a nice exchange and she obviously cares about the overall quality they provide. Having been in management for 25+ years I recognize you can’t pay enough to get the quality we saw exhibited throughout our stay… even at 2AM when the pet was restless so hubster took her out he said he was greeted by a cheerful«good morning». The hotel common area are very well maintained and everything well organized. The room was absolutely spotless, more than enough space, firm but comfortable bed and bedding, flat screen TV and the vanity and sink outside the actual bathroom which I love as it allows use of both areas at once. The décor was the nicest we have seen in any LaQuinta. The area was fine and I walked to one of the many restaurants within a block and purchased dinner. Shopping mall across the parking lot and all kinds of shopping with in a half mile radius. We will absolutely stay here any time we are in the area and we both agree it was the best LaQuinta we’ve ever stayed at and actually far exceeds the quality of many that we have paid far more for. Thank you to everyone on this great team!!!

I’m not sure why this place isn’t rated higher by others. I couldn’t find anything wrong with the place. It was clean, the staff were professional, there was no extra pet fee, and there were waffles. It was more than adequate for the price.

Last night on a trip from San Diego to Atlanta and stay here. Have to dogs and La Quinta doesn’t charge any extra fees for pets. Pros: Clean with free breakfast. Next to a mall. Updated(except the door to the room). Staff friendly. Pool clean. CONS: Door to the room still old and needs updated. Location on a one way street that requires you to drive in circles to get to it. Could have better customer service. Pool not heated. LOTS better than the last two La Quinta Inns in Amarillo, TX and Flagstaff, AZ that I stayed at on my trip.

I stay in a lot of La Quintas, so this review is relative — not absolute. This one’s OK; easy to get to, near a shopping mall and a shopping center(walking distance to both) so there are lots of food choices. My room was fine. The only nasty surprise was at breakfast, where I found a bowl of cut fruit that was probably fresh the week before, but not when I saw it. The melon pieces were turning very unappetizing shades. No one would serve food this old to a guest in their home. Why would a hotel put it out? So bad marks there, but in general, everything you normally get in a La Quinta and nothing you don’t.

I reserved my room over a week ahead of time. When I got to the hotel my room hadn’t been cleaned; the bed was a complete mess, etc. They of course didn’t have another king bed so I had to get a 2 double bed room. It was disgusting; sticky stuff around the tv, no tissues in the box, food and hair clips between the cushions of the chair(my dog sniffed that out), the doors to the closed hadn’t been wiped down, the shower looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned(yellow stuff on the sides and black in the tub), the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the list goes on. *I recommend NOT booking with this hotel.

Was in town for one night for an event and needed a place to sleep. Location was great-right by the McCain mall and other shopping. It is located off the interstate enough that you do not hear the roar of the traffic. The staff was very friendly on checkin and even called the room within the first 30 minutes to make sure it was satisfactory. The room was good size and seemed clean enough. The linens were comfortable and I had plenty of pillows. The towels and washcloths on the other hand were like sandpaper and obviously made for«little people». I have to give props on the shower however-I’m 5’10″ and it was great height and had really good water pressure. The carpet looks as though it needed kicked and stretched out. It had many lumps and rolls which were a trip hazard which was odd so definite carpet replacement needed. Many eateries within walking distance. For the price, which is cheap in my experience, this was a great stay and I’d stay here again.

If I could give negative stars I would. First night we get a non smoking room that smelled like a chain smoker lived there for years. Got another room and went to bed. Spent the entire next day at the hospital for my mother’s surgery, got back late only to find one of the beds torn apart with the mattress against the wall with a massive stain(don’t even want to think about that), and other stuff piled on top of our luggage. After checking FOURMOREROOMS!!! all of them either smoked out, missing shower curtains, wreaking of bleach, or otherwise fouled, we finally got a room that was at least livable. Even it was missing the alarm clock and had pubic hair floating in the toilet. There are at least 5 hotels/motels within a mile of this location, stay at any of them and avoid this crap hole like the plague.
