Hotel was clean and modern in appearance. Loved the room décor; especially the cute footstools and granite sink countertop! Very close to dining, shopping and hair/nail shops. Staff was friendly and made eye contact; very important. The outdoor water fountain was a very nice touch! Definitely will return!

Stayed at the new Hampton inn at 3629 McCain Blvd. Hotel was outstanding nothing like a new hotel with enthusiastic employees, good service, clean modern rooms and décor. Staff cordial and helpful, I would recommend this hotel, I am traveling across the country east to west and I will be reviewing and commenting on all hamptons, and Hilton affiliated hotels.

O my Lord, we didn’t leave Houston until 4p, arrived at the hotel about midnight. Felt safe. Front desk was so professional. Had everything you might have forgotten to pack. Hallway well lit. Room décor & layout awesome. We didn’t want to get out of bed, we slept so good. Breakfast had healthy options & best robust coffee. Angela & Lisa made us feel at home. We’ll look for FOREVERYOUNG modeled Hampton Inns from now on!!!

At 6:00 this morning I filled my travel mug full of coffee and approached the front desk to check out. As it was early, only one man and one woman were in the breakfast area adjacent to the front desk. There was nobody at the front desk. There was no bell to ring for service. But there was a house phone — so I picked it up and hit«zero», thinking that the ringing phone would lure the desk clerk out of his or her hiding place. The phone rang about 8 times before the woman in the breakfast area walked up to me and asked, rather increduously, «did you just dial the front desk from this phone?» She was looking at me like I was an idiot or something. I said«yes, I figured the ringing phone would draw the hotel employee out of hiding so I can check out.» She sighed, obviously annoyed, and told me that she was on duty, walked around the desk, and checked me out. So I ask you — why did she let me stand there, obviously awaiting assistance, and make me dial the phone before she offered to assist? Only she knows the answer to that. This Hampton is in a decent area of Little Rock, but access is very inconvenient. Aside from that, I got a good nights sleep and a good laugh over the morning desk clerk.
