I am happy to report that even though I had a bad experience at this establishment, they did attempt to make things right by sending me gift card. I think this was very admirable and professional. Greatly appreciated.

After a bad experience a few doors down, and leaving that establishment, we came in to Firehouse. Our experience was outstanding. Thank you for all you do and being so accommodating and professional to your patrons. Not to mention how delicious our subs were. Thanks again for making a potential bad day much better.
