Five Guys Burger and Fries

I used to love 5 Guys here in Little Rock but, the quality of their food is quickly falling off. This seems typical of restaurants who want to keep prices down while their food costs rise. Just raise the prices and keep the quality!
5 Guys Little Rock seems to be cutting back on the thickness of their burger patties. A single patty burger is so squished now that you have cheese coming through the patty, instead of from around the patty.
Their fries are brown but, thats due to not changing oil out on a regular basis. Old oil has the characteristic of making fries brown but, in reality they’re under cooked soggy fries.
What happens as oil wears out is, instead of cooking the fries properly, it coats them with the brown residue from the oil, leaving the rest of the fry under cooked and limp. Essentially boiling the fries…
Other local burger joints which have good kitchen staff, and who keep an eye on things, change the oil based on use, not on calendar days/​dates. Changing oil based on days usage is a bad practice.
We’ll keep revisiting David’s Burgers for the foreseeable future or cooking better burgers at home.

I’m a huge fan of Five Guys, but I was here on a Friday night and there were only 3 people working. I ordered my food and realized I forgot something, but instead of just adding my burger I had to wait in live after 15 people while my food sat and got cold. Poor customer service!

Practically perfect hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries. Five Guys lives up to the hype. Lots of options for free add ons.

I’m giving a rare 5 stars to this Five Guys! Great burger! It was tender and juicy. The veggies were cool and crisp too The service really shined here. All employees were very nice and the manager came out to make sure our food was good. Nice folks!

Five Guys is a great for a chain restaurant. I would give 3−½ stars if possible. I prefer the Big Orange, but for a good greasy (not that greasy) burger, Five Guys is a good choice.

lost a fantasy football bet and had to take friend for a burger. was ok. not amazing or anything. when i want a nice burger, i either make my own or go to david’s.

Good food, noisy atmosphere.

Fries are good and plenty of them. Lack of seasoning on the burger. Pretty boring burger.

I don’t eat a lot of burgers, so I am extremely picky when I do. I was impressed with their burgers. And their fries are awesome. I just wished they served beer.

Burgers or hot dogs here… they even have vegetarian options. The burgers are more expensive, but you’ll get something you can actually watch cooked right there and they taste delicious! The fries are huge servings, but my server (the only woman I’ve seen work there) made sure to tell me that the serving was huge and I would probably want to share it with someone. It’s kind of a bummer that there’s no drive-​thru, but I do like watching them make my food, so I’m okay with it. I’ve never eaten in, just gotten my burger and my dog to go. Both times the service was good, quick and the food was delish. I’d much rather get burgers and dogs from there then some of the other places I’ve eaten…

Five Guys have one of the best burgers in town. Everything I ordered were homemade even the fries. Nothing frozen, or Sysco Style burgers you get at McDonalds. They cooked the patty to perfection which take longer to serve but it so worth it. I just wish they have combo meals for a better value as it is pricey to pay $ 5.99 plus tax for a burger alone. Other than that, I will return here again and would recommend others to come here as well!

This place has damn good burgers fry’s very unique you have to try em!

Not as good as buffalo grill or other local area places. Service is fast and menu is limited. Burgers are pricey, too.

I had a Bacon Cheese Burger and Cajun Fries. The meal was good but for just a burger it was over priced. Some people might be able to eat here for under 10 $ but if you want a burger, fries, and a drink you can expect to pay more,
