Courtyard Little Rock West

This hotel stay was great. Breakfast was wonderful. The healthy start is always my favorite. I also love that they carry Tazo brand tea. It’s my favorite. I’m still bitter Starbucks switched. I swear Courtyards have some of the best French fries ever! I had them for dinner last night haha. Overall no complaints. My room was clean and comfortable. I was here on business so I wasn’t in my room too much.

The hotel was clean and modern, but standard amenities weren’t provided. My biggest gripes were the lack of continental breakfast, absence of microwaves in the room, inability to fully close curtains on the first floor, and lack of shuttle service. You can buy food in the hotel «restaurant.» It’s not really a restaurant. It’s called «The Bistro.» It’s a café at best. There was a nice pool area. The rooms have balconies, which is a nice touch. Unfortunately, I couldn’t completely close the curtains when I stayed on the first floor, which was inconvenient because people were in the pool area after dark. I was paranoid that they could see through the curtains.
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. It’s fine to not provide continental breakfast, but at least put a microwave in my room. They should be a standard feature in rooms.

Great stay however no easy access to property from the street.

We stay here every time we come to little rock and have no complaints. The rates are decent and the staff will go above and beyond to resolve any problems you have. I once booked the wrong courtyard in LR and the front desk took care of everything and got me a room that night with no cancellation fee. I would recommend if you aren’t looking to spend too much money on a room for a night or two.

Best courtyard to stay at in LR. Close to a bunch of restaurants and services. Down the road from most hospitals where I do business. Clean, remodeled and well managed. Rooms could use update and hallways need new carpet but lobby is nice.

I was driving from San Antonio, TX and was very exhausted from the hectic traffic in the state of Texas. I needed some rest and quiet relaxation. This is a great hotel to stay. The lady at the desk was friendly and very resourceful. I was relieved when I got to my room to find it clean and quiet. I slept well with no hallway disturbances. I did have the breakfast buffet the next morning and the lady that assisted in that area was so caring and hospitable. This hotel staff really cared about my comfort and my long journey to Ohio ahead. If I pass through Little Rock again, I would stay here again. You will get what you pay for. There is absolutely no smoking which is a plus for me since I am not a smoker

The room was pretty standard… nothin’ to write home about. Staff was as friendly as to be expected. Free wi-​fi was a plus, but the construction leading to the place was definitely a downer…

A courtyard is a courtyard… but this one was a little oasis after traveling all day and still needing to get some work done and documents printed out! The desk clerks were oh so helpful and considerate, the rooms were really clean and the AC was nice and cool… no stuffy room at all.
Free Internet is the best and one click and I was up and operational. There is a community computer in the lobby area with a printer, so at 4 am (no I don’t sleep well at all when I travel for business) downstairs I went and bing bang boom… docs done for my meetings! I needed a stapler and the night desk clerk was all too willing to share the one behind the counter.
Free coffee… reasonable breakfast and easy check out. I will certainly stay here again when I return!
