I spent su day through Friday here back in November on business.
Staff was exceptionally friendly. The staff morning hours was fantastic and made sure the good was great the cook even came to ask how it was. Great breakfast really worth it.
The rooms were beautiful and bed SUPER COMFY. Great location central to everything

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Super nice staff, clean rooms, and lobby. I also had a very tasty breakfast buffet with a great omelette and chocolate chip waffle. Looking forward to coming back soon. I just hope the Tough Mudder comes to this area again.

This is one of my favorite places to relax in metro Atlanta. Whenever my wife and I want to get away from the hustle and bustle of family life we check-​in here. This hotel is always very clean and the service is outstanding. I always reserve a room with a whirlpool to relax away stress. Much better than any other place outside of the perimeter.

Hotel room clean, staff efficient, would stay here again. We are picky and do not have any complaints.

Another fine stay at the Lithia Springs HGI.
Pros:
Clean, fine little workout room, nicely prepared breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, great location quiet but not too far from the airport, HVAC that works without making a racket, etc.
Cons:
I rest my case.

Stayed Feb. 2014 for a night. I can’t remember the last time I had a 100% pleasant stay. Courteous, professional, friendly staff. Room was clean, tasteful, and in perfect repair. Unusually comfortable beds. Slept rockishly. Keurig coffeemaker in room. Then down for included breakfast. Not your usual free hotel free breakfast. You got your chef there prepared to make your omelet. Hot and well-​prepared scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, grits and various cold stuff. Staff come by your table and check on you and refill coffee. Now, the hotel is just outside of Douglasville, which is a large suburb west of Atlanta. There’s a mall and a few car dealerships. 20 minute drive to downtown ATL with good traffic. I think I paid $ 110. Worth every dollar.

I would have to agree with the other reviews regarding how nice this place is, and I’ll go on to say that’s it’s in a great spot being so close to everything. I liked that Walmart was only a minute away, the barber in the Arbor Place Mall, ENVE Barbershop, which was excellent, was only 13 minutes away, the Toys R Us, was a minute away from the barbershop, McDonald’s was 3 minutes away, I also understand that Six Flags wasn’t too far either, so on and so forth. My kids are enjoying the pool right now. The only problem I have is the EXCESSIVE amount of chlorine in it. My eyes and my wife’s eyes were burning like somebody took a lighter to them! Otherwise, I’m really pleased with our stay. Next time I visit Georgia I’ll definitely stay here, and I would definitely highly recommend this place to everybody!

Excellent staff, very courtious. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.
