This is run by people that are nothing short of evil. We booked the hotel expecting six flags to be open. It wasn’t. We asked to switch to another hotel in the Hilton chain in another city so my kids could go to another amusement park. Simple right? No. The general manager was more interested in holding my feet to the fire on the reservation rather than be accommodating and making certain that Hilton corporate and myself stayed even. No creativity. No accommodation. Hide behind the policy. Now Hilton has lost a customer for a lifetime and he is to blame. lifetime value of a customer that is in their silver program is worth more than $ 400 bucks. Problem is their customer service area didn’t do anything to make this better either. Thanks for making the cost of my vacation skyrocket.

Greeted warmly by Tiffany. Room is updated and clean. I asked for foam pillows and the lovely housekeeping staff came up to change the pillows before I even settled in-a bonus! 4 out of 5 stars as I travel from California, no car, so being hungry? Eat at the airport or you are on your own. They do have a 6 – 7 cocktail hour with light snacks.

Friendly staff. Basic, no thrills, rooms. Hampton Inn is a lower Hilton property. We chose this property because it wasn’t located too far from where we were attending a music festival. ROOMS: The bf and I had a regular king bed room. The rooms were clean. The beds weren’t too comfortable, but the down pillows were decent. Being that this is a lower Hilton, some of the furniture looks like old furniture they had at the Hilton. The ac/fan unit was a bit confusing for the first day. You have to control both the wall and the actual unit. Each room has a microwave, mini fridge, flatscreen tv, dvd player, and coffee maker. There are plenty of outlets to charge your electronics plus a charging station that you can plug your usb’s into. One thing it was missing was an in-room safe. One issue is housekeeping. They leave by 2pm which means you’re only allowed to request service until 1pm. We were use to the time difference and we stayed up late so we weren’t able to have our room cleaned a single time. WHATTOKNOW: *Outdoor pool *Located an exit away from Six Flags theme park, about 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta. *Complimentary outdoor parking *Complimentary wifi. I didn’t have to use it since my cell phone had perfect data service *Continental breakfast from 6−10am. There are a few hot items, make your own waffle station, and juice station. On the morning I went down I had some egg scramble. *Tea, coffee, hot chocolate available in the lobby all day *Snacks, frozen food, and water available for purchase in the lobby *Neutrogena toiletries *If you forgot any of the basics(toothbrush, razor, etc.), they have them available at the front desk

This Hampton Inn is well kept. The rooms seem on the newer side and taken care of. The lobby is clean and bright and the breakfast area had 2 fish tanks. I did not eat the breakfast, but the tea selection was good. The team here is goes above and beyond. They are super helpful and kind. I couldn’t find the hot water for the tea, and a team member was eager to help fill up my tea cup so I could get on my way. The singular compliant goes to the key system. Again and again, we would need to walk around the entire building or back down stairs because the key wasn’t properly activated. I don’t know if this is due to machine or human error. Every morning we would wake up to a useless key.

Lower end Hilton property. Typical eggs made of styrofoam breakfast. No surprises. Don’t get me wrong though. Hamptons have improved in the past few years with new mattresses and most have been or are being remodeled. They are comfy but the breakfasts need improvements.

Good hotel. Breakfast is typical of Hampton Inns. Service is great. Gym is a semi-real gym, with treadmills and enough room for multiple people to work out in. Parking is good. Location is not the greatest. Finding a safe running route was a challenge and not much is within walking distance(restaurants, convenience stores, etc.). Seemed to be pretty clean. Other cool feature is that they host a happy hour type spread M-W, 6 pm — 8 pm. Overall, good hotel. Would stay here again.
