So here goes… 1. It’s mom’s birthday(brain: shit, gotta get something) 2. Flowers!!!(brain: shit, its an 1.5 hours until she leaves work) 3. Call up every local floral place in the area and ask if they can deliver white stem roses in 35 minutes(brain: shit, this is going to cost and may even turned out rushed and crappy). Turns out that Joyce was phenomenal. Took my VERY last minute request, did a BEAUTIFUL bouquet of long stem white roses in a vase! My mother called me crying talking about how surprised she was and how beautiful they were. YAAAY!!! WINNING! Thanks so much. Anytime a place can pull through for you at the last minute for a loved one, they win a special spot in your Rolodex of «super businesses.» P. S. It can be a little hard to understand Joyce with her accent. Just repeat and confirm! :) LOVE!

I came in to buy a few roses to decorate a wedding cake. I wanted red roses — each rose was $ 3.50. When I looked surprised at the price, the lady didn’t even blink. She was not friendly and no customer service whatsoever. I asked her to suggest other flowers, she just motioned to the display with an attitude of «Hurry Up.» I thought $ 3.50 per rose was a little pricey so instead of buying 10 roses as planned, I bought 4 and mixed it up with a little bunch of white flowers(forgot the name) for $ 7.50 a bunch. I told her it was to decorate a wedding cake. The cake was to be served the next day. She told me to keep the flowers at room temperature. The next day when I went to pick up the cake, the baker still hadn’t put the flowers in the cake. They were still in the small vase the florist lady put them in. The roses held up, but the majority of the white flowers were brown and wilted. I was only able to use a few and had to throw out the rest. We made the cake work and it still looked nice, but I went over to the florist and showed her the flowers. She blamed the baker and refused to give me my money back. She didn’t even offer to give me other flowers. The woman was rude and didn’t seem to care about her customers. I will never go back to this florist.

I love this flower shop. I’ve been going here for years(I grew up in the area) and from corsages for high school prom to the flowers for my wedding, the quality and the service cannot be beat. The owner is very nice and obviously takes great pride in her work.

I purchased a bouquet of flowers for my wife from this florist, and I was VERY disappointed with what I received. The website for this florist indicates that bouquets are purchased«as shown» based on the picture of the bouquet on its site. However, even after I upgraded my purchase, the bouquet that was sent had SIGNIFICANTLY less flowers than the picture on the website. I contacted Joyce at Green Trail to express my concern for the discrepancy, and requested a refund of $ 10(the price of the upgrade). In my correspondence with Joyce, she stated that the number of flowers in the standard bouquet is not even near the number of flowers in the standard bouquet. After pointing out the discrepancies to Joyce in multiple emails, she still insisted that I got what I paid for and she refused to provide me with the refund I requested. Beware of what you order from this florist! You will not get what you pay for!!!
