Dunkin’ Donuts

There are 2 others in my area than compete for my attention, but this dunkin store I realized would be my coffee place for now on.

This DD is great friendly staff coffee is always fresh don’t eat many donuts but when I do they are always fresh too I love coming to this DD because they treat you nice every time the way stores should treat there customers

This DD is great. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Their donuts and coffee are fresh, even at the end of the day. Parking lot is tricky getting in and out of, but wouldn’t stop me from going there. I do wish they were open a little later at night, but they are by the North Linthicum light rail which is why I’m thinking they close earlier.

I frequent this Dunkin Donuts location often as it is in route to my way to work. I mainly stop in for a sweet iced tea for $ 1. Since my orders are basic, I can’t image the order could ever be wrong or messed up. Their sweet teas are good. The drive thru is always quick!!! The person taking the order is quick too. The only reason this is not a five star is because the drive thru gal could smile or be friendly once and a while.

This DUNKIN donuts is horrible. I asked for no ice in my ice tea and caught them adding water to my tea to make up for the ice difference. When I called them on it, they started talking in their native tongue and denied it happened. I told them I wanted a different iced tea and they refused. When i asked for my money back they started talking about it in their language again but I got my $ 1.05 back. I went home and checked my account and saw where they charged my account an additional two times for various things with the same transaction number. They dupped me. I called my bank only to find out there is an active investigation going on for fraud by this DUNKIN Donuts open and active. Don’t go there. They are rude and shisty. Horrible horrible attitude of the foreign employees there in the morning. I won’t be going back.

Although this Dunkin’ Donuts is slightly dangerous to get in and out of (busy traffic whizzing by) and there is limited parking, the service is great, the food is fresh, and the employees friendly and accountable. I had a great experience here one day after an early-​morning flight into BWI (just a mile or so away). I was hungry and needed breakfast ASAP – despite a few people ahead of me, I was able to order quickly and receive my food in a timely manner. The food was hot, fresh, and as I’d expect from Dunkin’ Donuts.
The Dunkin’ Donuts is also walking distance to the Linthicum stop on the Baltimore Light Rail.
