Dunkin’ Donuts

I have never had any problems with my order. Go go there every morning for coffee. And sometimes pick up breakfast for my kids or donuts for co-​workers. My order is always right. My only problem is the idiot customers in that tiny parking lot trying to get in the drive thru.

Hands down one of the worst DD/​Baskin Robin around! They never have anything I order! Came up to the drive through and ordered a large unsweetened ice tea with 2 sweet n low & two lemons — «sorry, we don’t have ice tea brewed.» Really? Ok so I left. Another time went through and ordered the same thing, this time the person (who I could barely understand) asked me to pull around to the window. Upon getting to the window the person tells me «sorry, we don’t have lemon.» As I looked into the store there was a whole lemon lying on the counter. I said «you have a whole lemon right there.» The employee replied «yes, but it’s not cut.» At first I thought he was messing with me, but when he didn’t move to get the lemon I knew he wasn’t. I asked to see the manager, who came over to the window. After the employee & manager spoke in whatever language it was to each other, the manager informs me that I could only have 1 lemon, not 2. What the heck? I asked him outright if he was joking, and he said «no.» I told him I would never come back to such a terribly run DD/​BR and I left. About a month after that my daughter wanted ice cream and I broke down and went through the drive through and ordered 2 scoops of PB & chocolate ice cream — «sorry, we’re out of peanut butter & chocolate ice cream.» Seriously? You’re kidding me? How are you out of the most common ice cream flavor? Shouldn’t you have that in stock knowing it’s one of Baskin Robin #1 sellers? That took place over the summer, so approximately 5 months ago and needless to say I have NOT been back to that place and wouldn’t even buy a gift card from there. If you’re looking for a DD that’s close to this terrible one go to the DD on Camp Meade Road; it’s AWESOME! Very friendly and never a problem getting what I order!

I ordered the Big and Toasty. Horrible greasy mess. Bread was soggy and greasy and NOT toasted. The bacon was mostly fat and barely cooked. So greasy I couldn’t eat it.

I get my donuts and i’m out of this joint quick. No issues with my orders or customer service.

I was excited to find a 24 hour joint when I moved to the area in 2008. This place was pretty good until new management took over last year & they had a «grand opening.» I hate leaving a bad review but it’s been consistently bad ever since.
You could give someone a concussion with the donuts and munchkins, they are THAT stale. Today I handed the rock hard, shriveled donut back to the guy & with a straight face he shrugged «yea, it’s hard» like my expectations of edible food were the problem. Did you even know donuts could shrivel?!
I’ve had a lady working the drive-​thru argue with me when she got my order wrong, assuring me I said things I did not. Absolutely no apology and I still ended up with the wrong sandwich.
A different time I asked for whipped cream and cherry on my child’s milkshake — a $ 5 plus tax milkshake by the way. The guy informed me it was $ 1 extra for whip and $ 1 extra for a cherry. What could I do but laugh at that point? He was dead serious.
The customer service, the food, the drive to rip customers off, it’s just bad bad bad all around. I’ve finally given up on them.

I am not going to leave them any stars if I can! They have horrible customer service. Came in for 2 boxes of K-​Cups and a few other things and I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and not one worked even acknowledged I was standing there or the woman with 3 kids in line with me. I will never be back to this location. They didn’t even have the decency to say they would be right with us. Selection was lacking as well but that doesn’t matter cause I was never gonna get them to serve me anyways.

It’s nearby and on my way to work. I stop at DD to get my breakfast of iced coffee and sandwich. The medium coffee I got today from this DD got a nasty taste. It did not taste fresh to me. It was not really good. Revive yourself.

Recently opened up less than a mile away from another dunkin donuts, this one is a lot more flashy and a lot easier to place a order and go.
Everything is what you expect from a dunkin donuts, coffee, food, ice cream with the connected Baskin-​robins.
Service here is always fast, hardly ever any issues and there is never a wait; unlike the one up the street!
