Woman behind the counter was rude and annoyed by customers being in the shop. I spent close to a hundred dollars in cheese and while the cheese is good it was not worth the huffing and puffing of the person working behind the counter. Prices are high, but I typically stop in monthly during ski season. After this visit, I’ll be eating Wispride from Price Chopper with a smile and a have a nice day from the cashier and $ 95 buck in my pocket. So disappointed. If you don’t like people don’t work in Service. Sorry to waste 10 minutes of your time to buy cheese.

Astonishingly expensive! The cheese prices are at least double of what you’d find at your average cheese shop in the city. The other food items I noticed ranged from the annoying 20% tourist price bump to outrageously marked up. The wine prices are typical of a tourist town. Nice people, and charming store layout, however, and in case you need unusual olive oil or pâté in a pinch, they have it.

This was our first stop when recently in NH for a camping trip, and it really paid off! Not only was the beer selection great(La Fin du Monde!), but the lady working there was able to give us some great suggestions for where we should eat in the area. If your passing through here and need some provisions of the beer and cheese kind, this place is it!

Yesterday was my second time, I visited in the winter of 2012 and found this shop very refreshing, with tastings of multiple olive oils and balsamic vinegars as well as chocolate products and cheese! The staff is super nice, knowledgable and accommodating, especially when I realized the whole bottle of olive oil I had just bought spilled in my car on the way home last year. I called them up and they completely fixed the situation even though I live in CT! I was so happy to be able to stop by again, they updated their olive oil bottles and their vinegar was delish! A fine shop in a surprising place, it will never disappoint!

Friendly service, let us taste the cheese before buying. The Krystal Sharp Cheddar is amazing! You can taste the Crystals in it. Great selection of wines and some micro brews. Great place for specialty cheeses, wines and gifts.

This is a wonderful, small wine shop. The owners and staff are very knowledgeable about the wines and meads they sell. They also do wine tastings which is a big plus! I love this shop!
