We’ve been eating at TBM since they opened, but hadn’t been there in about a year. We went last night for a family celebration and couldn’t have been more disappointed. The food was unimaginative, the so called rib eye steak I ordered was tough and tasteless and looked more like a NY strip than any ribeye I’ve ever seen. When I asked about this, I was told they cut their own meat. I’m sure I don’t even need to mention what my next thoughts were. We were also put off by the casual dress of the wait staff. The staff was dress in faded jeans and faded logo’d T-shirts. I will say we were treated well and our server took good care of us. This used to be an upscale suburban restaurant with great food. Not sure what happened, but for $$ we paid, we won’t be back. There are too many choices to eat second rate food.

I ordered the Salmon. The couple seated next to us, who arrived after us, were eating desert by the time my food arrived. The salmon was rock hard and dry with dry hard vegetables. I could not eat it and sent it back… and the Waitress brought our bill. I asked for the manager, who never came out. The guy, who was serving water, said he would address my concern and comp my meal. He insisted that I start over with some soup and I ordered shrimp and grits. The meal was never compted. I’m not looking for free meals but bad service and bad food equals a bad review. I know that I will not be going back! I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere where I can enjoy good food and good service.

Great atmosphere, but service and food are usually hit or miss. The food has changed quite a bit since the original chef left, and I don’t like nearly as much as I used to. The menu is pretty limited. The drinks are always good, but I think are a little over priced.

The food was cold, the waiters were colder and there was absolutely no saving grace for this restaurant that charges $ 30 for a ribeye dinner. We had high hopes since we live so close by, but unfortunately I don’t think we’ll give this a second chance. :(

Sunday morning walk-in. Got here around 11:30 wanting something to cure the hangover. Was greeted by our server after about 5 minutes. Asked for a Bloody Mary and mimosas… unfortunately they don’t start serving alcohol till 12:30. We decided to wait. We had a salad as an appetizer. Our meal took a while to get out, but we didn’t mind because we were killing time for the drinks. Our food arrived around 12:20. Perfect timing for us to order our drinks. Food I had the Dutch Baby! It was pretty good! It seemed a little undercook at first. I like my pancakes a little darker than how it came out. It comes out in a skillet and the apples are a nice taste with it. Overall the meal was pretty good. My bf ordered an omelette with goat cheese, tomatoes, spinach, green peppers. A side of grits and toast. Unfortunately his omelette was missing all the green stuff. He expressed this to our waiter and she was nice enough to take his meal off the ticket! He enjoyed the grits a lot! Drinks Bottomless mimosas!!! Can’t mess this up! Old school Root-if you like whiskey/bourbon this is a nice drink.

This is my second visit. The first was disappointing because the time I went the menu was limited. Today I had cheese board appetizer, a half house salad with sesame ginger dressing and shrimp and grits for my entrée. Everything was amazing. The salad fresh and crisp, the cheese selection was very good and the mushroom and garlic cream sauce on the grits was fantastic and the shrimp large. The grits could have been cooked longer, but I did get here right at opening to beat the dinner crowd. The servers are very friendly and helpful. I’ll be back

Good location. Great building and interior deco. Went for Sunday brunch on a morning when 2 of 4 cooks did not show. Service was slow and food was just ok. Portion sizes are small and plain looking. Not the best showing today. We will give another shot soon…

Foods good. Nice too have a non-fast food breakfast/brunch place nestled in Lilburn. The staff is a bit weird here, I’m an artsy girl wth Tattoos and it’s like a freaking circus clown just walked in from a Stephen King movie. I tend to eat alone for breakfast-as all my artsy friends are in areas like grant park and east Atlanta. I know we are in the burbs, but trust me you want«my type» here.#shakingmyhead

The food here is good but maybe it’s a little pricy for what you order. We like the atmosphere though and there’s really no other restaurant like this in the area.

Disappointing. Service was slow despite the restaurant being empty. Our salad was wrong. Food seemed to have sat under lights while they remade the salad. When it was brought out, chicken was dry, hamburger was dry, bun was solid as a rock. When our concerns were voiced to the server she did not seem concerned. No manager was sent to talk to us or address our comments. While the location is convenient and local, will drive father to find better quality food and service.

I visited for brunch recently and had the crab cake benedict. This is my favorite brunch dish and even though it wasn’t my best experience, it was still pretty good. I would come here for brunch again to try other dishes on the menu. Our server seemed a little overwhelmed. The service wasn’t horrible but it could have been a little better.

Loved this place! I had the salmon with potatoes and a yummy warm Brussels and bacon salad. Great atmosphere and bar. Their drink list is impressive and you can purchase by the bottle in the«market» side of the restaurant. 5 stars, especially for this area!

The inside is very chic the bar stools are incredibly uncomfortable. Portion size was good. Food was overpriced. I had the seafood special it was delicious. My husband had the Steak Diane. The meat was good but the sauce was very bland. Looks like they serve a lot of locals. It was a nice find we may try it again. They still have a lot of tweeking to do.

Had a nice Christmas lunch party here for work. The interior of Three Blind Mice is beautiful, as all of the other reviewers have mentioned. They have a huge selection of wines for the wine snob and a great beer section as well. The service here this time was perfect, compared to last time I visited and they were closed(No hours posted on the door. I came during lunch hours). I love salmon, so our server recommended the Smoked Salmon Sandwich, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Our group enjoyed the Spinach and Artichoke Dip, it came out in a cast-iron skillet. The dip was very good, however those who are considering to eat it should be warned, these two combined will cause a lot of flatus… Oh boy! Next time I visit, I’d like to try their French Dip. If you are looking to pay high dollar prices for mediocre food and poor service, you’ve found the right place. The food had potential, except my steak was overcooked and the server Cherry never asked how our food tasted. In fact, she never came back until we were done eating. What really killed this place was our service. The table we were sat at was dirty. We waited ten minutes for someone to take our drink order and felt immediately put off by the waitress either because we weren’t dressed properly(which we were slightly less dressed up than the people in the establishment) or appeared that we couldn’t afford to eat here. When I asked for a box for my food, she said she would box it for me. Then proceeded to stand at a neighboring table with my plate for several minutes… That is not sanitary. It’s cold and flu season. And to boot, I never got my food back, which I didn’t want at that point anyway.

Waited over an hour for our food. Vegetables were undercooked. Meal came with roasted cauliflower. There was one piece of cauliflower on the plate. Second visit second time disappointed. Won’t be back. Server however was apologetic and attentive.

Went here for the first time for brunch with family who moved to the area recently. The décor is super trendy with modern industrial design — perfect wine spot for happy hour or late night drinks. We had 7 people in our party and we all ordered different items off the brunch menu. The service was friendly and accommodating however there were some essential details that were overlooked… Most importantly my nephews chocolate chip pancakes had no chocolate chips and we had to ask for the syrup. I asked for Swiss in my omelet but they made it with cheddar. Overall the food and service was good but the attention to the details was a bit lacking which is why I gave it 3 stars.

Bro in law took us there. Go for brunch n I’m glad we did. To begin start with coffee n was good n hot, Wife n I share French Toast,(best one we had in a while) then she had Veg Omelette with Home Fries. I had Huevos Rancheros, this plate surprise me cause consists of 2 fry corn tortilla with fried beans, cream on top, Pico de Gallo rice n two fry eggs. That was GOOD n well seasoned.

I’m glad I slept on the review I was going to give this place. It’s a very cool, rustic spot in what I consider to be not that great an area. Obviously, things are changing in Lilburn, however. We arrived around 12:30pm for a late lunch yesterday and the restaurant was about half full. Great décor, the bar looks spectacular and the booths & tables are very unique in their design. Seated immediately without a reservation, we thought we were off to a good start. BTW, even if you don’t use , restauranteurs need to know what it is. This is the second place in a month that responded, «Yes, we have an open table», when I asked if they used the Opentable system. Ugh; first-world problems… Anyway, we sat down, looked over the menu and I explained that we were in a bit of a hurry… we need to be at a funeral down the street by 1:30pm. Full disclosure, right? We took a few minutes and asked a few questions, but our order was in about 10 minutes after we got there. We talk and comment about how cool the décor is and realize that 20 minutes have passed and we haven’t seen the waitress. Now we’re at the point where we’ve got 15 minutes left to eat before we’ve got to leave. We flag down our waitress, who apologized profusely, explaining that one of the owners came in(after we sat down) with a large to-go order that was placed in front of ours, as well as the table next to us who was seated when we got there. Excuse me? We gave you 40 minutes to produce two sandwiches, told you up-front that we were on a schedule and you still can’t feed us? In my book, there’s no excuse for that. She returned to the kitchen and came back without our food, saying that the chefs were working on it, and that we would get to-go boxes… well, crap! I haven’t eaten all day and now I have to go to a funeral where we won’t get to eat until at least 3:30! She ran off again and at 1:20pm, I head for the door. She met me at the bar, I paid and we got out of there, but I was effing mad. I tipped her a full 20% because it wasn’t her fault, but the owner should have paid it, not me. All that aside, I’m enjoying my to-go Pesto chicken sandwich as I write this. My mixed greens kept OK overnight, but the sandwich is still pretty good for $ 9. I’ve decided to give them a second chance at some point and not to penalize them with two or three stars, in the hopes the owners will read this and learn from their mistakes. I hate that this was my first experience here…
