Fivestar Nail and Spa

I went in earlier today with my daughter and it was a little crowded. That was expected due to it being a Saturday. It took a couple of minutes for someone to greet us. We were asked to sit in the front two seats. I wanted to get my daughter a nice manicure while I got a full set. The woman rushed through my daughters nails and didn’t bother to clean the excess nail polish on her fingers. Then while doing my full set she kept nipping my cuticles with the drill. I hadn’t noticed this until I got up to wash my hands and five of my nails were bleeding. I had to ask her if they had some sort of antiseptic to prevent infection. Also, while we were there one of the ladies was arguing with a customer because a lady misquoted her for a manicure and refused to honor the price. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. Bad first experience for me. I won’t be returning.

Went in today for a pedicure and was very impressed. They were very busy but seated me right away. I did have to wait for quite a few minutes before a technician became available but the chairs are super comfy and they had the Falcons/​Giants game on so I didn’t mind. My technician (I didn’t get her name) was very apologetic about my wait even though I told her I wasn’t in a hurry and didn’t mind. It was nice that they noticed they had kept me waiting though, and I appreciated her apology. I got the deluxe pedicure for $ 28 (which is an awesome price) and it was amazing. They did such a good job and my feet feel amazing. I will definitely be back for my next fill in and pedicure :-)

Love this place been going there for over two years! I’m disabled and they really take care of me! They even come out to the parking lot to help me in! Everybody there is amazing!

Got pedicure and eyebrows done with Lee Lee. Awesome job on the pedicure. Got the #2…(there are choices!) And she did a wonderful job on my eyebrows. Early Saturday morning there was slight wait but it got busy around 11.
